FUKUI SAKE Brewing Company / "FUKUI" Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture
Founded in 1894.
The majority of the brewing is done by the "Nama-moto" method.
Fumokui" and "Hatsuson" are related, and this small brewery is located at the foot of Chokai Mountain in the Shonai Plain.
I had enjoyed drinking Fumokui at this tasting before and thought it was delicious.
Nama Hashiroshi Junmai Honjari
It is a dry sake with a lactic acid aroma, like their signature product. +It has a lactic acid aroma and is a dry sake with a strong aftertaste at +10. It can be warmed up.
FUKUI JUICY JUNGIN
A new product, 60% polished rice. Fruity, sweet, juicy, with a hint of lactic acidity and an impressive acidity.
Fumotoi Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki
Fruity aroma, clear acidity, 1801 yeast.
Fumotwi Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
The aroma is clear, but I can feel a little bit of maturity or minerality.
Fumotwi Junmai Daiginjyo Yuki Megami
More than a deep flavor, it is clear, sweet, and easy to drink.
Fumotoi No En Dobin Orai Daiginjo
Dry and clear. A little unimpressive.
Fumotoi Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki Chugutori
It has a sweet aroma from the top of the aroma. It is very sweet and delicious even after drinking. It is my favorite type here. But the price is also very expensive.
Junmai-shu made with Haenuki, edible rice produced in Yamagata by Fumotoi.
It has a sweetness and body from the edible rice, but it's your choice..." It has a strong, clean sake quality and a crisp mouthfeel, and it can be served cold or hot.
I love FUKUI!
