FUKUUI Tasting, Dry Junmai Sake
What a name!
It's not spicy!
It's delicious!
It's more umami than spicy, but it's got a bitterness to it, but it's got a bitterness to it.
It's delicious!
A sake that looks great with food,
It is like a full-bodied juice.
It is a sweet and tasty type of drink, but it seems to be sharp at the end.
Personally, I like this type too.
This year, I drank it for the first time at a pub and bought it to reconfirm it. It was good.
With a typhoon about to hit, we couldn't even go outside anyway, so we chose to drink...
I chose this one, which I bought as a label!
Is it just me, or does the tropical label and classic font give me a Showa-era feeling?
It is voluptuous at the beginning, with a persistent sweetness and umami, followed by a moderate acidity that refreshes the palate.
The lingering aftertaste is also small, clear and cool, which I could not have imagined from the label.
Thanks to the typhoon, the temperature was not too high, and it was gone in no time with the snacks.
Thinking that the hot days will continue even in September, I will be reaching for sake that I won't get tired of drinking yet.
