[Buy direct from Chisa Aoki🤩] I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last. It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry 😆. I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite ✌️. It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year. The aroma is grape 🍇-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink😄. This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi ❗❗ I should have bought this in a bottle 😅.

It's gassy and schwaggy. The aroma is quite fruity. The aroma is quite fruity, and the taste is refreshing, somewhere between dry and sweet. I have the impression that it hits the perfect balance between dry and sweet. The impression of "Gohkei-shiki" has been improved. I can't drink it because I don't usually see it 😅.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower ⑫ Ibaraki Prefecture's [Gokeijo] booth. Ms. Chisa Aoki, who quit her nursing job to take over as the 7.5th generation brewer until her younger brother took over, is now on maternity leave, and it looks like she will be able to return to the brewery in another year or two. Her younger brother, Yoshinobu Aoki, is now in his third year as the 8th generation kuramoto and is in the process of taking over various tasks. Gokeijo Junmai Ginjo Summer Nama Sake. It is sweet and tasty, and quite my favorite type of sake. The label series is available in the Kansai area, but the others are not so common in the Kansai area, so please try them. Gokeijo Junmai Ginjo Omachi A well-balanced, orthodox and delicious sake, with a rich umami taste and sweetness. Gokeijo Junmai Ginjo Fukumaru The umami is not as rich as that of Omachi, but the balance is exquisite, with a sweetness that disappears quickly and smoothly. The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑫ The impression of drinking Nama-sake and Hiyoroshi sake was very good at the Goshogei. According to the brewery, only products handled by the Japan Famous Sake Brewers Association are available in Kansai. I drank Junmai Ginjo Summer Nama Sake Polishing ratio 55%, Sake meter -1 The rice is Hitanishiki. Slightly effervescent, refreshingly juicy and delicious, just as it was when I drank it before. Junmai Ginjo Omachi Polishing ratio 50%, Sake meter -4 Sweet and delicious with a strong umami flavor. I meant to buy it but forgot 😭 Junmai Ginjo Fukumaru Polishing ratio 55%. It's refreshing but also sweet and tasty! All delicious 😋! The person holding the bottle of Fukumaru is the next brewer!

Second recommendation for summer sake. It is a little dry and has an alu feel and a little bitterness. But it has a nice sharpness. Well, this type of summer sake is good. From now on, I will drink dry summer sake! I think I will drink dry summer sake from now on.
