[Buy direct from Chisa Aoki🤩] I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last. It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry 😆. I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite ✌️. It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year. The aroma is grape 🍇-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink😄. This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi ❗❗ I should have bought this in a bottle 😅.

It's gassy and schwaggy. The aroma is quite fruity. The aroma is quite fruity, and the taste is refreshing, somewhere between dry and sweet. I have the impression that it hits the perfect balance between dry and sweet. The impression of "Gohkei-shiki" has been improved. I can't drink it because I don't usually see it 😅.

100% Hitanishiki, Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16%. Yeast used: SYS The aroma when fresh from the refrigerator is subdued but sweet and gorgeous. It is clear and fruity with a little gas and sweetness in the mouth at first, but as you drink it, the aroma becomes spicier and stronger through the nose 😆. I've been drinking less sake lately than I used to, but it was still delicious after all these years, and we emptied a four-pack together, partly because I was able to buy flatfish and sea bass sashimi at the supermarket on my way home from work, where nothing special was going on 😋.

Drinking at home🎶. First time this year I went to a liquor store 🛍️ I found a bottle of 👀 I've been wanting to drink for a long time. But it's a bottle 😰. I was hesitant because a bottle doesn't fit in the fridge, but it's only for this time of the year when the temperature is below 10℃ and I think it's safe on the balcony 👌 I bought it 😁. I saw a YouTube video of the Aoki Sake Brewery in Ibaraki prefecture before. I'm not sure if it's the daughter or the senior managing director. I've never seen a video about the successor to the brewery. I saw a video of the successor of the brewery and decided to buy this sake when I saw the happy occasion 😁. The name is also good luck, the aroma is modest but good, not too sweet, tingling, a little bit bitter, It tastes just as I expected and is delicious 😋.

Mellow rice aroma. Delicious. Slightly gassy? Well-balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. There is not much aftertaste, and the round taste is pleasant. It was delicious.
