[Buy direct from Chisa Aoki🤩] I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last. It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry 😆. I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite ✌️. It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year. The aroma is grape 🍇-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink😄. This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi ❗❗ I should have bought this in a bottle 😅.

It's gassy and schwaggy. The aroma is quite fruity. The aroma is quite fruity, and the taste is refreshing, somewhere between dry and sweet. I have the impression that it hits the perfect balance between dry and sweet. The impression of "Gohkei-shiki" has been improved. I can't drink it because I don't usually see it 😅.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑫ The impression of drinking Nama-sake and Hiyoroshi sake was very good at the Goshogei. According to the brewery, only products handled by the Japan Famous Sake Brewers Association are available in Kansai. I drank Junmai Ginjo Summer Nama Sake Polishing ratio 55%, Sake meter -1 The rice is Hitanishiki. Slightly effervescent, refreshingly juicy and delicious, just as it was when I drank it before. Junmai Ginjo Omachi Polishing ratio 50%, Sake meter -4 Sweet and delicious with a strong umami flavor. I meant to buy it but forgot 😭 Junmai Ginjo Fukumaru Polishing ratio 55%. It's refreshing but also sweet and tasty! All delicious 😋! The person holding the bottle of Fukumaru is the next brewer!

Second recommendation for summer sake. It is a little dry and has an alu feel and a little bitterness. But it has a nice sharpness. Well, this type of summer sake is good. From now on, I will drink dry summer sake! I think I will drink dry summer sake from now on.

Gokeiji Junmai Ginjo 100% Ibaraki Prefecture original rice "Fukumaru Also purchased at a nearby liquor store Pink label (spring only?) When I drank the pink label (spring only?) Gokeijo I had an impression that it was delicious, so I bought it. I chose one made with 100% Ibaraki rice. It is full, juicy, robust, and sweet. It also had a feeling like Oumachi!
