The rice used is Hakutsuru Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. This sake is gorgeous and very elegant. The balance between sweetness and fresh citrus bitterness is just right. This sake is very good and makes the sake cups go up and up. Under 2,000 yen for this specs and this deliciousness may be a bargain. It was delicious. ❣️

I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a light pineapple flavor. The second half is quite pungent. There is something gentle in the mouthfeel that is unique to saké squeezed in a bag, isn't there?

Purchased at Isetan Kyoto Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 17 Very nice aroma, not too much chilli, but fresh. Not much sweetness, but a refreshing umami and acidity. Slowly spiciness... As the temperature rises, sweetness comes in. The next day, the sweetness comes out and it is well balanced and very tasty. ❣️ Somewhat banana-like flavor. The 3rd day, it is delicious with a calm and delicious flavor. 4th day, easy to drink, classic flavor. I bought this sake at the tasting and sale by the brewer! He talked a lot of interesting things and made us feel like we were in a bar halfway through the tasting 😆. I had a hard time deciding between this one, Junmai-Niho and Hyakumangoku White out of the 5 or so sakes I had, but since it was this time of year, I went for the Shiboritate! I want to drink the other two again 😊.

I got it again because a local liquor store near me has it. I just drank it the other day, so I'll spare you my impressions: 🙂‍↕️ It's almost the opposite of Akagisan, but that's why it has a sweet and aromatic taste that draws you in! I haven't had Kohaku Tsuki since I started Sake-no-Wawa. It has been a while since I wanted to drink Yamahai sake, so I will enjoy it as a return to my roots👍. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it had an aroma of burnt Awamori, old paper, caramel, etc. The mouthfeel was round, viscous, and moist. The mouthfeel is round, viscous and moist. The taste is rich, deep and sweet, with a sourness that spreads slowly. The mature, aromatic sweetness is reminiscent of Awamori, and the taste is thick and delicious! However, the sweetness is not all-encompassing, and the acidity gradually tightens up the bitter taste. It has a delicious mouthfeel that makes you think of savoriness! Kaga-no-tsuki, Gekko, Fukuro-shibori-non-filtered raw, Junmai-daiginjo-nama sake I bought it at the end of the year, but the owner said it was a little early to drink it, so I let it sit for about a week. This is another sake that I repeat buy every year. It is delicious!

I think it tastes great warmed up, but personally, I prefer to drink it crisp and cold. I think it can be served with pretty much anything, but right now I'm in the mood for seared squid. I like to eat it with mayo and soy sauce, but with this sake, I like to eat it plain.
