Akita Ginjo 2022. 6 bottles were purchased this time.
Chitose-mori, Huraman, Shinmasa, Asakura, Kariho, and Tenju have arrived.
I have never had a chance to drink this Chitose-mori. This is the first time for me to drink Chitose-mori.
It has a slight cemedine type aroma.
It is not spiky and has a melon-like atmosphere when you drink it.
The sweetness first appears, followed by a soft umami.
The lingering aftertaste is a little bit bitter.
It is gentle and easy to drink.
The softness is the result of the aging process at the Oosazawa Mine.
We served it with Spanish mackerel sashimi and fried chicken.
It is a good sake that is easy to drink. I would like to find and drink other Chitose-mori sakes.
Cheers to new encounters.
It has a fresh aroma like green apple, a good acidity in harmony with the flavor and richness of the rice, and a dry aftertaste with no cloying taste. It is a wonderful technique.

This plain sake has a slight honey color and is easy to drink. It has a slight sweetness, and when you roll it over, it becomes a little spicy, so you won't get bored. The richness remains at the end, which is nice. It looks good warmed up.
This is the fourth one-cup, one-pack Festival 400卌 bottle.
Although it is a liqueur, it has a gorgeous aroma, a sweet flavor reminiscent of brown sugar, and a taste of maturity, yet the aftertaste is refreshing. An unusual flavor in a good way.
It is often drunk at izakaya in Akita.
Today I bought it at a convenience store. I usually drink it at room temperature (quick and easy), but today I'm going to warm up the whole cup. It is the taste of the common people, the friend of the common people.
It goes well with yokan (bean jelly) as a snack.
The taste has a sweet aroma of rice and a firm body, with a slight hint of acidity to tighten it up. The sense of alcohol is low and exquisitely balanced.
Alcohol 15%.
