After a watery dry clean taste, the sweetness comes in firmly. Highly acidic and fruity. Delicious!

We had some fresh sake in Akita. It is not an expensive sake, but it is delicious. It tastes like water, has a light aftertaste, and you will never get tired of it. We bought some as souvenirs.

Middle. My favorite. The taste of rice. Goes well with meals. Light aftertaste. I bought it at a roadside station and enjoyed it. It is interesting that there are three different types. I would like to buy more of these in the future.

Akita Tour Ginjo Vol. 3 Junmai Ginjo by Chitose Mori. Not much aroma, Aroma: Not much aroma, acidity. Slightly sweet mouthfeel. A little bitterness at the end. We enjoyed it with a jelly-like sausage called "Tan Aspic" from Seijo Ishii. It is good with sausages. I think it is good for Christmas hors d'oeuvres. Cheese, olives, etc.
