Middle. My favorite.
The taste of rice. Goes well with meals. Light aftertaste.
I bought it at a roadside station and enjoyed it. It is interesting that there are three different types. I would like to buy more of these in the future.
Akita Tour Ginjo Vol. 3
Junmai Ginjo by Chitose Mori. Not much aroma,
Aroma: Not much aroma, acidity.
Slightly sweet mouthfeel. A little bitterness at the end.
We enjoyed it with a jelly-like sausage called "Tan Aspic" from Seijo Ishii.
It is good with sausages.
I think it is good for Christmas hors d'oeuvres.
Cheese, olives, etc.
As in my previous post, I bought this at an Akita local sake fair at an antenna store in the northern Tohoku region.
First time I saw this brand. Extremely rare.
At room temperature.
Slightly floral aroma.
Medium-bodied, with a strong rice flavor. The acidity is also characteristic.
The aftertaste is rather long.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.
