As in my previous post, I bought this at an Akita local sake fair at an antenna store in the northern Tohoku region.
First time I saw this brand. Extremely rare.
At room temperature.
Slightly floral aroma.
Medium-bodied, with a strong rice flavor. The acidity is also characteristic.
The aftertaste is rather long.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.
Local sake from Kazuno City.
Akita Sake Komachi x AKITA Yukiguni Yeast
The aroma is fruity 🎶.
The astringent aftertaste further enhances the lingering taste🎶.
This makes me want to try Chitose-mori's other sake.
It has a mild aroma, refreshing, clear sweetness and umami flavor, and does not interfere with food, making it a high quality sake for in-dinner drinking,

I came on a trip to Akita. At a standing bar of Akita Kurasu in front of the station. A little aroma of rice bran. The sweetness is followed by a refreshing spiciness.
