I came on a trip to Akita. At a standing bar of Akita Kurasu in front of the station. A little aroma of rice bran. The sweetness is followed by a refreshing spiciness.

I got Hanazen's bento box lunch at the station.
This sake is not to be outdone by the tasty chicken meal.
I bought this at a liquor store in front of the station while waiting at the Kazuno Hanawa station on the Hanawa Line.
The gorgeously sensed umami spreads on the palate and the flavor remains on the tongue even after drinking.
It is a sake that can be drunk without any accompaniments, but when paired with bento, it seems to emphasize both the sake and the chicken, doubling the flavor of both.
As I said, local sake and snacks are the best tag-team.
That concludes today's drinking session.
Now it is time to sober up and return home.

The chicken rice was bought at the Akita station on the Kazuno Hanawa -> Odate -> Oga -> Akita -> Akita Shinkansen.
This bento has really good rice.

Aromatic mature aroma ^ ^.
Chocolate, mellow depth like cocoa! But it also has a refreshing taste. ☺️

The rice used is 100% Akita Sake Komachi.
It is dry with a nice tangy flavor.
There is a smell of paint thinner.
It has a bitter taste and a sharp taste in the throat.
It goes well with sushi.
The bitterness disappears when served with food.
