I came on a trip to Akita. At a standing bar of Akita Kurasu in front of the station. A little aroma of rice bran. The sweetness is followed by a refreshing spiciness.

I got Hanazen's bento box lunch at the station.
This sake is not to be outdone by the tasty chicken meal.
I bought this at a liquor store in front of the station while waiting at the Kazuno Hanawa station on the Hanawa Line.
The gorgeously sensed umami spreads on the palate and the flavor remains on the tongue even after drinking.
It is a sake that can be drunk without any accompaniments, but when paired with bento, it seems to emphasize both the sake and the chicken, doubling the flavor of both.
As I said, local sake and snacks are the best tag-team.
That concludes today's drinking session.
Now it is time to sober up and return home.
