Akita Ginjo 2022. 6 bottles were purchased this time.
Chitose-mori, Huraman, Shinmasa, Asakura, Kariho, and Tenju have arrived.
I have never had a chance to drink this Chitose-mori. This is the first time for me to drink Chitose-mori.
It has a slight cemedine type aroma.
It is not spiky and has a melon-like atmosphere when you drink it.
The sweetness first appears, followed by a soft umami.
The lingering aftertaste is a little bit bitter.
It is gentle and easy to drink.
The softness is the result of the aging process at the Oosazawa Mine.
We served it with Spanish mackerel sashimi and fried chicken.
It is a good sake that is easy to drink. I would like to find and drink other Chitose-mori sakes.
