From the aroma, it looks spicy. Slightly mellow rice aroma.
It has a chemical gourd-like flavor and a seme-like flavor.
The spiciness of the sake is very hot, as is typical of nama sake, and the flavor is very crisp.
It goes well with smoked bonito tataki.

The last of the tasting was the barrel sake.
The aroma of the barrels soaked into the sake and was very nice.
Almost like the smell of a hinoki bath.
I was given a cold sake and a hot sake, and the hot sake tasted better, as I felt the aroma of the barrels was well controlled.
I heard that Sakatoya has a sake tasting every Saturday, so I would like to go there again.

I was about to go to Senkou... but quit the elegant drinking comparison,
I wanted to drink something totally different and dark.
At room temperature.
It has a slightly sweet acidity and a charming rice aroma.
Pure sweetness and round rice aroma.
The round rice expands softly and slowly.
The second sip has a slightly nutty aroma.
The flavor is warm and chestnut-like.
The acidity is refreshing and does not come on too quickly.
Later on, there is a bitter astringency and a pungent alcohol taste,
The texture is light and well-balanced.
I ordered some nukazuke, thinking that miso or cheese would go well with it.
I imagine it would be delicious again if it were heated.
