This new concept combines the light, sharp acidity of malic acid with the drinkability of low alcohol, with a clear Sentou outline and the clarity and three-dimensionality of low alcohol. Yamada-Nishiki is a late harvest variety that tastes easily, but for the summer sake only, we kept the flavor simple and emphasized transparency.
The citrusy aroma is reminiscent of lemon. In the mouth, it has a strong presence, with sparklingly beautiful acidity and sweetness. The second half is light and crisp, with a light, light and pleasant alcohol feel. Transparent and lush, the aromas and flavors are necessary and sufficient for a summer production.
