I received this from a senior colleague of mine. This is my first time drinking it at home. The first attack is the aroma 🍇. It has a strong acidity and a grape-like aroma, just like a summer sake. My partner seems to like it very much😍.

This is Sengoku's original summer sake. The best tanks were selected from the Kabutomushi brewing process, and only the all light portion was pumped directly from the tank.

The aroma is sake, but when you drink it, it is a white wine with acidity.
Is this sake? I was surprised.
It is refreshing and easy to drink, but unfortunately not my favorite (I prefer sweet and juicy). (I like sweet and juicy)
