This is Sengoku's original summer sake. The best tanks were selected from the Kabutomushi brewing process, and only the all light portion was pumped directly from the tank.

The aroma is sake, but when you drink it, it is a white wine with acidity.
Is this sake? I was surprised.
It is refreshing and easy to drink, but unfortunately not my favorite (I prefer sweet and juicy). (I like sweet and juicy)

I felt that the freshly poured Iwagata tasted better, but I could enjoy it for a long time without losing the balance with the acidity even after a long time. Sake is very deep, isn't it?
When I was back home for a certain reason, I looked in a certain liquor store and found a lot of "Kabutomushi" on display (laugh).
Of course, I bought it on impulse. It is really delicious. I guzzled it down as if it wasn't sake.

I was curious about this item after seeing everyone's check-ins at Sake no Wa last year 😋.
It's a refreshing, tart and crisp drink with a moderate sweetness 🥂.
I often see it described as an adult lemon squash, and I thought that was an accurate description 🍋.
I hope to drink it again next year 🙂.
