I have been wanting to drink this drink someday after seeing your post. It's hard to describe the sourness, the sweetness, is it rummy or yogurt, but it's perfect for summer.
This beetle is good because it does not need to be fed and pleases me.
When the bottle is opened, it has a citrusy taste with a little bitterness like that of Hassaku. Refreshing and perfect for summer.
The fine air bubbles that stick to the glass with a swirl give it a cool feeling.
Handmade chicken tsukune. I paired it with sesame tofu.
From the second day, it became sweeter and more lemon squash-like.
