Fresh and pleasant aroma, well-balanced with a pleasant lactic acidity and sweetness at the same time. A lingering aftertaste that seems to softly fade away. This is a drink to get hooked on!
It was not too sweet, but not too sweet either, just fresh and delicious. My wife, who is more of a wine and beer drinker than a sake drinker, was also impressed with the taste.
