Kabutomushi has been in storage for a while since it was captured, but since the weather has been extremely hot and summer is in full swing, the bottle was opened tonight with full anticipation. The top aroma is mild, but it has a firm acidity and a clean taste with a slight bitterness. Very tasty. The label is also nice!

The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, there is a sharp acidity and a moderate sweetness compared to last year's. It has a refreshing acidity with no aftertaste.

I love acidity, so I can tolerate it, but some people describe it as a lemon 🍋, so I wonder if it's okay for those who don't like acidity? 😅

As one might expect from a summer lemon squash, the sourness is quite pronounced.
Sourness in the beginning, sourness in between, and sourness in the aftertaste!
Sourness, sourness, sourness, sourness, sourness... Sake for sourness skiers is a must!
However, it is still the best sake for summer!
If you like acidity, this is a must!

The second drink at Uraoregyo was the Kabutomushi, which I had wanted to try!
I thought it would not be my favorite sake, but it was different from the sake I have ever had, but I thought it was a good one 😋.
I've read some reviews about the gasiness and petitiveness, but maybe it was because it was the last one, but I didn't feel any squash 🤣.
Next year I want to drink it freshly corked 😀.
I bought myself a sake glass for Father's Day and opened a bottle of Beetle, which I had purchased at my favorite liquor store.
It's not too sweet and has a hint of sourness. It's a summery sake. ☺️
Today, it's the Senkou Kabuto.
My first rhinoceros beetle, and I was able to catch it too.
It was suddenly hot and humid in the afternoon, like a summer day, and it was Father's Day. Thankfully, I opened a bottle of Kabutomushi.
It is a delicious sake with a refreshing acidity that reminds me of my boyhood when I hatched kabutomushi!
The second day after opening the bottle, I felt that the alcohol feeling was gone, and it was truly an adult lemon squash. No, you don't feel the carbonation that much, so it's an adult's aquarius oosis.
I'll be drinking it thinking of the season filled with love in the languid June rain.

On Friday, I bought it at Yamanaka Sake store I passed by in Osaka station on my way back from the Expo.
I wanted to drink it, Kabutomushi.
Chilled and opened the bottle. The sourness spreads on the palate without sweetness. It is fruity, but I think it is grapefruit-like.
The fact that it is not sweet is good for hot weather, this is good 😊.
First beetle of the year!
It seems to be more sour than when I drank it the year before last.
I can totally see it as an adult lemonade!
It's sour + a little dry when drunk by itself, but it seems to go really well with meals!
It felt like summer! Delicious!
