Purchased at Umeda Department Store. (Hankyu or Hanshin) One of seven breweries in Nara Prefecture that belong to the Nara Prefecture Bodai-Hashimoto Sake Research Association. See label on back. Rich, mouthfeel It is a sweet type, but the far and spreading umami and bitterness It was delicious and matched well with food. It became mellow and mild when heated to lukewarm and I could enjoy it with ease 😁. I am interested in the history of sake only when I taste Bodaihashi.

It is a set of 5 cups of Kinki local sake 😁. It is a gift from an acquaintance 🍶. It is 📌180ml ¥Unknown 🌈1/5th cup 🌈 Here's the rice 🍶. Start with room temperature 💕 Not much aroma 💕 The color is beautiful💕 You can feel the sweetness of the rice on the palate, but you can also taste the umami 💕Yumai 💕 Then I tried heating it up to lukewarm💕 The aroma has more sweetness💕 When warmed up to lukewarm, it tastes more pungent than sweet💕. It's also interesting to taste the different flavors 👍 Today's pairing is pot-au-feu 😋. It's a great pairing 👍 I wanted to try the cold sake but it ran out quickly 🍶thanks to a friend👍

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees Reasonably priced daiginjo available only in winter. It has a stronger ginjo aroma than the Junmai Ginjo of the same series. Gentle at the start, with a firm, bold sake finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
