The 12th brewery in the "Hankyu Brewery Festival 2023". Ueda Shuzo "Ureshicho", Nara Prefecture At last year's brewery festival, I was told about the "Bodhi Hashiro Festival" at Shoreki-ji Temple. It is sad to see the number of breweries participating in the "Nara Prefecture Bodai Hashiroshi Sake Brewery Study Group" decreasing year by year. Ureshicho Unfiltered Junmai Nama Nama Sake" 🔴 "Ureshicho Junmai Daiginjo Ureshicho Junmai Daiginjo-Genshu Classic I don't remember the details of the "Ureshicho Unfiltered Junmai Nama Nama Sake," but it was very tasty and my favorite 😋. Ureshicho Junmai Daiginjo-Genshu Classic" is a super-premium sake that is not even sold at the brewery. It had a nutty, almondy taste and was a valuable sake experience. I heard that the brewery offers a raw shio koji making + tasting experience, so I checked and it was true, so I will go there next time 🤣. The man who was standing all the way at the end of the booth here was a bit of a bother 💦. If you're going to tangle with strangers, you might as well come over and tangle with them in a more cheerful and fun way 😱.

Hankyu Brewery Festival (9) Until a few years ago, Ueda Sake Brewery was almost exclusively a direct seller. Now, perhaps due to the Corona disaster, they are coming to department stores. We tasted Bodhi Hashiroshi Junmai Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake (no photo) Junmai Daiginjo-genshu classic The Bodai Hashiro is rich and sweet, with an astringency or complexity at the end. It seems to be suitable for warming up. The unfiltered raw sake I drank at home in the past had a strong chemical taste and I didn't like it, but this one was delicious. The Junmai Daiginjo Classic was similar to Sudo Honke's Kurogane, perhaps due to the traditional production method. I think I heard that only Hankyu carries Junmai Daiginjo Classic. I think Mr. Neemuchi got tangled up with a troublesome person here😅.

I visit this soba restaurant for lunch almost every day except when the restaurant is closed. The aroma of sesame oil wafts through the air, and on the sake menu we find a brand of Nara sake called "Ureshicho" 👀. I have never seen this brand before in my visits to sake stores in Utsunomiya. We had mini soba noodles + mini tempura rice bowl + a bottle of Ureshicho 🍶Lunchtime drinking It has a gentle aroma of malted rice and sakekasu (sake lees), a soft taste, umami and sourness that spreads gradually and gently down the throat. It was said to be slightly dry, but it was mild and sweet, and went well with the sweetened tendon sauce and soba noodles, making it easy to drink and delicious 😚. The other is Ureshicho. I chose Junmai sake out of the many varieties available. It has a slight citrus aroma. Smooth on the palate. The sweetness spreads while the citrusy aroma passes through the nose, and the bitterness gradually takes effect while the sweet and sour aftertaste lingers in the second half of the bottle. It is very drinkable, but at the same time easy to drink. In connection with Ikoma. On the way back from Nara, a Kintetsu enthusiast told us about his favorite Kintetsu, He wanted me to see the night view of Hyotanayama from Ikoma, so I took a sectional semi-express train from Nara to Osaka. Apparently, the point is to take a sectional semi-express train. After passing through the Ikoma Mountain tunnel connecting Nara to Osaka, there was indeed a nice night view. I am sorry that I could only take pictures that did not show the beauty of the scenery. After that, I enjoyed the aroma of moku moku yakiniku at Tsuruhashi station and went home. My comment seemed to end the trip, but there are two more restaurants to go ^ ^.
