At last year's brewery festival, I was told about the "Bodhi Hashiro Festival" at Shoreki-ji Temple.
It is sad to see the number of breweries participating in the "Nara Prefecture Bodai Hashiroshi Sake Brewery Study Group" decreasing year by year.

I don't remember the details of the "Ureshicho Unfiltered Junmai Nama Nama Sake," but it was very tasty and my favorite 😋.
Ureshicho Junmai Daiginjo-Genshu Classic" is a super-premium sake that is not even sold at the brewery. It had a nutty, almondy taste and was a valuable sake experience.
I heard that the brewery offers a raw shio koji making + tasting experience, so I checked and it was true, so I will go there next time 🤣.
The man who was standing all the way at the end of the booth here was a bit of a bother 💦.
If you're going to tangle with strangers, you might as well come over and tangle with them in a more cheerful and fun way 😱.

Junmai Daiginjo-genshu classic
The Bodai Hashiro is rich and sweet, with an astringency or complexity at the end. It seems to be suitable for warming up.
The unfiltered raw sake I drank at home in the past had a strong chemical taste and I didn't like it, but this one was delicious.
The Junmai Daiginjo Classic was similar to Sudo Honke's Kurogane, perhaps due to the traditional production method.
I think I heard that only Hankyu carries Junmai Daiginjo Classic.
I think Mr. Neemuchi got tangled up with a troublesome person here😅.

Purchased at a brewery. I am weak against limited editions, so.... This brewery is always delicious and stable. I think it has less miscellaneous tastes only because it is a ginjo. It is also good for the costumers.

Purchased at the brewery. The first sip is fresh and new sake. It is more suitable for an aperitif than regular sake. It is also good with fish.

Gentle on the tongue and crisp. It has a slight headiness, but is easy to drink.
When drunk with other appetizers, it feels as if it is supported from the back, which is not so noticeable but makes the appetizers taste even better.
I visit this soba restaurant for lunch almost every day except when the restaurant is closed. The aroma of sesame oil wafts through the air, and on the sake menu we find a brand of Nara sake called "Ureshicho" 👀.
I have never seen this brand before in my visits to sake stores in Utsunomiya. We had mini soba noodles + mini tempura rice bowl + a bottle of Ureshicho 🍶Lunchtime drinking
It has a gentle aroma of malted rice and sakekasu (sake lees), a soft taste, umami and sourness that spreads gradually and gently down the throat. It was said to be slightly dry, but it was mild and sweet, and went well with the sweetened tendon sauce and soba noodles, making it easy to drink and delicious 😚.
