The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival⑰. Ureshicho] booth. ◉Unfiltered Junmai Nama-shu (raw sake). It has a strong and mellow flavor and is still deliciously mellow and has an alcohol content of 18%, It is a sake for izakaya (Japanese style pubs) all over the country and is shipped exclusively to restaurants. They sometimes bring it to department stores. ◉Bodai Hashiroshi Junmai This sake is made with Bodhi Hashiro yeast and has the Shorekiji seal on it. It has a refreshing taste, with a Bodhi Hashiroshi-like acidity and a strong alcohol taste. Nigori (nigori) A very strong, punchy nigori with a strong alcoholic taste. I've heard about Shorekiji before at this booth, so for some reason I always mention that I go to the Bodhi Hashiroshi Festival every time I visit.

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi. Well, I remembered all the sake Ureshicho that the okonomiyaki restaurant in my neighborhood had 😅. I thought it was great that Ikoma-san used to have it in stock since I don't see it at the liquor store 🤔.
