I visit this soba restaurant for lunch almost every day except when the restaurant is closed. The aroma of sesame oil wafts through the air, and on the sake menu we find a brand of Nara sake called "Ureshicho" 👀.
I have never seen this brand before in my visits to sake stores in Utsunomiya. We had mini soba noodles + mini tempura rice bowl + a bottle of Ureshicho 🍶Lunchtime drinking
It has a gentle aroma of malted rice and sakekasu (sake lees), a soft taste, umami and sourness that spreads gradually and gently down the throat. It was said to be slightly dry, but it was mild and sweet, and went well with the sweetened tendon sauce and soba noodles, making it easy to drink and delicious 😚.

Good evening, Kotori-san😄
Soba and Sake 🍶 sounds good 👍and a lunchtime drink ❣️
(You go there almost everyday 😮 awesome!)
I've never had Uresho yet, so I'm curious 😌.
Good morning, Tsubu-chan 😃I go here everyday for the daily soba lunch which is limited 🤣I got about 1/3 of a bottle left and wondered if it had mellowed...or if it had just been opened...now I have a reason to drink it again 😚.
Good morning, Hirupeko 😊Great trip to Nara 🚃I was happy to drink historic Nara sake here in Tochigi. Hirupeko-san's happy long review photo helped me to understand that it was lightly cloudy 📸☺️
The other is Ureshicho.
I chose Junmai sake out of the many varieties available.
It has a slight citrus aroma.
Smooth on the palate.
The sweetness spreads while the citrusy aroma passes through the nose, and the bitterness gradually takes effect while the sweet and sour aftertaste lingers in the second half of the bottle.
It is very drinkable, but at the same time easy to drink.
In connection with Ikoma.
On the way back from Nara, a Kintetsu enthusiast told us about his favorite Kintetsu,
He wanted me to see the night view of Hyotanayama from Ikoma, so I took a sectional semi-express train from Nara to Osaka.
Apparently, the point is to take a sectional semi-express train.
After passing through the Ikoma Mountain tunnel connecting Nara to Osaka, there was indeed a nice night view.
I am sorry that I could only take pictures that did not show the beauty of the scenery.
After that, I enjoyed the aroma of moku moku yakiniku at Tsuruhashi station and went home.
My comment seemed to end the trip, but there are two more restaurants to go ^ ^.
At Masurao.
I was as shocked as I was when I drank the Honmasa Kameguchidori.
It was sweet and full-bodied.
I felt it was a good cheap sake.
I would definitely drink it again!
A cup of food I asked for because I can't read Chinese characters.
Normal, not sweet, not spicy, normal. Easy to drink? A drink that is too easy to drink. Is it suitable for an aperitif?
However, I thought they must be serious about their work to be able to make such an ordinary sake, and I was thankful that there are more sake breweries I want to order from next time I have the chance.
Midorikawa. A nostalgic taste. This is good, and it reminds me that I drank sake.
Sawaya Matsumoto.
When I asked for Matsumoto? Then I was told it was Sawaya, and I wondered why I had said the lower part of the name.
It is a cup of sourness with sweetness and a little bit of numbness.
To be able to drink it while watching the rain. Another cup of sake today to give thanks for the beginning of the rainy season.
It is a set of 5 cups of Kinki local sake 😁.
It is a gift from an acquaintance 🍶.
It is 📌180ml ¥Unknown
🌈1/5th cup 🌈
Here's the rice 🍶.
Start with room temperature 💕
Not much aroma 💕
The color is beautiful💕
You can feel the sweetness of the rice on the palate, but you can also taste the umami 💕Yumai 💕
Then I tried heating it up to lukewarm💕
The aroma has more sweetness💕
When warmed up to lukewarm, it tastes more pungent than sweet💕.
It's also interesting to taste the different flavors 👍
Today's pairing is pot-au-feu 😋.
It's a great pairing 👍
I wanted to try the cold sake but it ran out quickly 🍶thanks to a friend👍
Purchased at Umeda Department Store. (Hankyu or Hanshin)
One of seven breweries in Nara Prefecture that belong to the Nara Prefecture Bodai-Hashimoto Sake Research Association.
See label on back.
Rich, mouthfeel
It is a sweet type, but the far and spreading umami and bitterness
It was delicious and matched well with food.
It became mellow and mild when heated to lukewarm and I could enjoy it with ease 😁.
I am interested in the history of sake only when I taste Bodaihashi.
Sake brewed with "Yamanokami Yeast" from the sasa lilies of the Ogami Shrine developed by Nara Prefecture and "Rohafu" rice suitable for sake brewing. It is characterized by its mild aroma and full flavor.
