◉Unfiltered Junmai Nama-shu (raw sake).
It has a strong and mellow flavor and is still deliciously mellow and has an alcohol content of 18%,
It is a sake for izakaya (Japanese style pubs) all over the country and is shipped exclusively to restaurants.

◉Bodai Hashiroshi Junmai
This sake is made with Bodhi Hashiro yeast and has the Shorekiji seal on it. It has a refreshing taste, with a Bodhi Hashiroshi-like acidity and a strong alcohol taste.
Nigori (nigori)
A very strong, punchy nigori with a strong alcoholic taste.
I've heard about Shorekiji before at this booth, so for some reason I always mention that I go to the Bodhi Hashiroshi Festival every time I visit.

I thought it was great that Ikoma-san used to have it in stock since I don't see it at the liquor store 🤔.

I drank
Bodhi Hashiroshi Junmai
I drank it with different feelings from last year because I went to Shorakuji temple this year 🥺 It was complex and spicy at the end.
Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
It was just as good as last year!
Nigori (nigori) sake
It has a strong alcoholic taste with a lot of gusto. I think the alcohol content is 20 degrees Celsius or so.
Ueda Shuzo
Ureshicho Honjozo Dry Taste Chunagon
This brewery is located in Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 70% Nara rice.
Gentle and refreshing aroma, subtle
Aroma, subtle umami of rice, and a clean and crisp aftertaste.
A good aftertaste.
