This is Yokoyama's summer sake. Unlike the impression on the label, it has a solid flavor and a bitterness in the second half that is surprisingly pleasant. It is light and refreshing like a summer sake, but it is also delicious and easy to drink.

As soon as I arrived at my favorite restaurant, my brother told me, "You've got a good one! It's a new sake! It's Yokoyama's new sake😆! It's a new sake from Yokoyama! There is still some autumn sake left in the fridge, but I had it first. The fresh and fruity taste spreads in the mouth🤣. This is what I call Yokoyama❗️ sweet, umami, sour, and bitter😍. A taste that makes you happy👍 Thank you brother of the shop😊.

One I was looking forward to this fall😆. I went to my usual store and there were only 2 bottles left 😱. Abunai abunai😮💨 I managed to buy it. The label here is lovely too 🤩. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. I'm not sure what to say about the hiyaoroshi either👍.

I found out that a liquor store near my office carries it and I'm a heavy drinker 😊. I got a bottle of Yokoyama SILVER 1814 Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake. I looked at it more closely and it was the first time I had ever had a nama-zake version of 1814 🎵. The nose has a sweet aroma reminiscent of muscat with a very gorgeous fragrance. In the mouth, the fruity, delicious sweetness fills the mouth, and the slight effervescence that is typical of new sake finishes off nicely. It is delicious! The slight bubbles and refreshing sweetness with a deep sweetness make it one of my favorites in terms of both aroma and taste. The SILVER series from Yokoyama is really delicious👍👍!

A very well-balanced and high quality sake with a fruity taste and sweetness of rice 🍶. I have the impression that Junmai Daiginjos often have a good aroma but are too clean and lack the taste of rice, but this was not the case at all! My personal No.1 sake of 2024 ♫

It is fruity, very easy to drink and delicious. As the description says, it has a good balance of sweetness, umami, sourness, and bitterness, and you can enjoy the gaseous taste, but I think it is a little bitter.

I bought it today at a liquor store in Osaka where I was traveling 🍶🤤. I remember drinking it at an event and enjoying it 🤗. It's a Junmai Daiginjo from Akaban Omachi, so you can't go wrong with that 🍶🤤. Refreshingly modest sweetness with a hint of bitterness 🥲. I couldn't resist! It was very delicious!

This is the sake I brought to a New Year's party at a friend's house last night. I had a bottle of YOKOYAMA SILVER10 Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake. The aroma on the nose is very pleasant, with a muscat-like ginjo aroma. In the mouth, it is just deliciously sweet, juicy, mellow, and my favorite flavor. I can't go wrong with the SILVER series from Yokoyama 👍.
