This is a new sake from Yokoyama Goju 🍶.
The rice used is 80% Aiyama for Kakemai and 20% Yamadanishiki for Koji.
The aroma on the nose is fruity and sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the juicy and beautiful sweetness of Aizan with a good umami.
This was delicious!
I see...
Sweet and sour 🙆
Muscat? It seems to be.
Delicious 👍
Hmm?
This balance of sweetness and sourness is muscat?

If it's called Muscat and you drink it, it's Muscat...

Overall 10 (out of 10)
This sake is from a sake brewery on Iki Island, a remote island located between Kyushu and Tsushima 😲.
Pekho-san, who was aiming for Hana-yosu, was brought along by a young female clerk at the liquor store who said "I think it's better than Hana-yosu ❣️" 😅.
According to the description
The description says, "Muscat aroma and fresh & juicy taste of biting fruit will fill your mouth.
it says...
It's delicious 😋.
It is a taste of the Seimasamune lineage.
Seimasamune has a heavy sweetness, but the sweetness of this sake is light and clear👍.
It has a slightly strong sweetness with the umami of the rice and a slight spiciness 👍😋 that rises at the same time.
It was served chilled.
The aroma is as follows.
-Aroma: The delicious aroma of rice 👍
-Aroma: Slightly spicy aroma that passes through the nose.

First time at Yokoyama Goju-san ㊗️ impressed 💖 our favorite type 🥰 Banzai for the new sake season🙌!
Today we made a hors d'oeuvre 💓main course was wontons with Kimchi on top of Seiya's special Sake Kasu cream cheese 🙌The sake is great and perfectly delicious no matter what you serve it with😍👍
Yumachi Yokoyama!
In Yokoyama,
Omachi,
Nama-sake, right?
Of course it's delicious!
It has a sweet umami taste that is typical of Omachi,
The fruity acidity and bitterness from the sweetness and deliciousness that is typical of Omachi.
Good overall balance👍
Juicy and gaseous, as is typical of nama-shu,
It's not too rich and it's not too gassy, but it's not too rich and it's not too gassy.
Too much 😆.
Expedition to Nagasaki✈️
Sweet and tasty with a strong flavor 🍶😋😋.
No sourness at all, more moist than refreshing 😳
I have the impression that most Nagasaki sake is sweet 🍶☺️
I knew I wanted to drink it again this year😊.
We had a bottle of YOKOYAMA SILVER7 Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama-Ginjo.
The nose has a very strong fruity and mellow aroma like muscat.
The palate is filled with a thick, umami sweetness, with a slight astringency on the face, and a lingering sweetness that lingers on the tongue.
Mmmm...delicious! Delicious!
The impression is that it is surprisingly refreshing, in contrast to the richness of the umami sweetness 🎵.
This is one of our favorite Yokoyama bottles, with a particularly nice aroma and umami sweetness👍.
I often drink hiragana yokoyama, but this is my first time to drink hiragana yokoyama,
Kanji Yokoyama is new to me 😍.
Sweet and sour berry type❣️
Sharper than Hiragana YOKOYAMA 🙆.
It has a bitter aftertaste that you don't get with Hiragana Yokoyama 😆 I like it 😆.
The sweetness and rice taste became more pronounced after some time. ⤴️
Kanji Yokoyama is also good 👍😆😆.
Rice used: 100% Akaban Omachi
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15
Date of production 24.4
Rika, good evening 🦉.
I've only had Hiragana Yokoyama 💦 Kanji Yokoyama looks easy to drink too 😻
I wonder if the color of the letters are linked to the flavor 😳I'll get it when I see the pink letters 😁.
Good evening, Rika!
I didn't know Kanji Yokoyama🍶😥I like Hiragana Yakoyama so I'm curious about it ❣️
The review looks delicious and I'd like to drink it ‼️
Good evening, Rika! I'm so glad to see you here 😄
Oh, you drank Kanji, didn't you? I drank it for the first time the other day too and it was delicious 😋.
Oh, wow! Pon-chan, have you had Kanji Yokoyama yet? The label is more classic than the hiragana one 😆 but it's a nice and tasty sake 🙆It might be easier to pair this one with food.
Do you like Yokoyama too, Muro 😍❣️ then you should try this Kanji Yokoyama too👍⤴️ hiragana has a fruity and sweetness that comes through, but the Kanji has a more adult complexity that is also delicious. ❣️❣️
MAJ, you are new to Kanji Yokoyama too? 😍Hiragana is good, but Kanji is also very good. ⤴️⤴️😋I used to choose Hiragana, but I might try other Kanji Yokoyama and become more mature lol.
Yokoyama Goju was the one for me.
First of all, the sweetness stands out, with a slight fluffy feeling of baked sweets and a moderate aftertaste.
Well, I can't say for sure, since I have been drinking a lot so far, I am getting used to the spiciness and the tangy taste, but I think it is quite easy to drink.
