This is Yokoyama's summer sake. Unlike the impression on the label, it has a solid flavor and a bitterness in the second half that is surprisingly pleasant. It is light and refreshing like a summer sake, but it is also delicious and easy to drink.

As soon as I arrived at my favorite restaurant, my brother told me, "You've got a good one! It's a new sake! It's Yokoyama's new sake😆! It's a new sake from Yokoyama! There is still some autumn sake left in the fridge, but I had it first. The fresh and fruity taste spreads in the mouth🤣. This is what I call Yokoyama❗️ sweet, umami, sour, and bitter😍. A taste that makes you happy👍 Thank you brother of the shop😊.

One I was looking forward to this fall😆. I went to my usual store and there were only 2 bottles left 😱. Abunai abunai😮💨 I managed to buy it. The label here is lovely too 🤩. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. I'm not sure what to say about the hiyaoroshi either👍.

It is muskrat and fresh, and the ladies serving at the counter are all dressed in kappo-gi. Yet the restaurant is woody and modern. It's nice. Oh, and the sake is delicious and chilled. It was pretty fruity and easy to drink 🥰. I'd like to try the others as all the bottles seem pretty juicy when I checked them out! I'm going to put on the saikyo yaki gindara that I ordered with it!

Slightly sweet, slightly fizzy Miscellaneous Sake that is easy to drink with a sense of effervescence. The slightly sweet mouthfeel is pleasant.

Good aroma like muscat. It has a refreshing sweetness and a sense of umami. It is a bit on the dry side. There is a little piquancy, and the sourness comes later, which is a nice touch.

At Sake Bar Nami in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. We were allowed to compare Yokoyama Goju which is not on the menu. Thank you, Master 😭 From left 1) Aizan Junmai Daiginjo Gorgeous aroma and fruity. Mellow, fresh and beautiful. Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo The juicy aroma and sweetness spreads on the palate and finishes with a sharp taste that you will never get tired of drinking. (3) Akaban Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Fresh and juicy flavor, as if you have bitten into a fresh fruit. I personally like (3) the best.
