This is my first time to visit Yokoyama Goju.
I had seen it before but never got around to it, so this is my first time.
The aroma is mellow and fruity.
In the mouth, the rich umami spreads out in abundance, and the lingering taste is juicy and sweet, like a fruit.
I have had sake with a strong core in the past, but this is one of the best.
This is not a food sake, but one to be enjoyed on its own in a relaxed atmosphere.
Yokoyama Goju Junmai Daiginjo Shinshu Shiboritate Usu Nigori Nama
The aroma is of the vinegared iso type! (Surprising since Yokoyama has a strong image of capsule!)
(Surprising, since Yokoyama has a strong image of capsicum and iso-type! (But it is not too strong, so it is very easy to drink!)
I heard that the brewery is involved... no wonder I like it so much😍.
Yokoyama Goju Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki BLACK
Junmai Daiginjyo Yamadanishiki is an honorable name.
It has a strong aroma, sweet and sour taste, and a good pulling power while retaining its umami.
Personally, I think it could be a little drier.
I think it would be good if it was a little more ego-explosive instead of the recent trend of sake flavor.
Nagasaki is like this! I thought it would be a more enjoyable sake if we could step in and say, "This is what Nagasaki is like!
It's a good sake!
Sake in Nagasaki (Iki Island) 🍶.
Fresh and juicy😙!
This is the sweet and delicious taste! So good!
I've heard it's better to drink it in a wine glass, but I prefer to drink it in a shot glass,
