It's the Yokoyama I've always wanted to try 🤩.
I looked all over for it on my recent Kyushu training expedition and finally found it at the Hankyu Department Store in Hakata Station 🙌!
They only had this Yokoyama Goju, so I had no choice, and I'm glad I found Yokoyama anyway 😮💨
It was such an emotional encounter💕.
Now it's time to open the bottle of Yokoyama 🥂.
First of all, the aroma.
Not much of an aroma.
When you put it in your mouth
The sweetness of Aizan is quickly followed by a sourness in the middle of the bottle.
This sourness is amazing! It spreads juicy and succulent.
There is no gassy feeling, but this juicy sourness is so acidic that it gives the illusion of gassy feeling 🤩.
No bitterness, astringency, or pungency
Wow awesome✨this is Yokoyama 🤤.
So delicious 😋😋😋😋.
Sweet and sour and juicy👍.
Aiyama's sweetness is moderate, so it's not sweet, but elegant sweet and sour juicy 🥰.
It has a nice sharpness and I can gobble it down though it's not worth it 😆.
My husband liked it too and we finished it in no time ❣️
I really want to try Hiragana Yokoyama too😍!

It's been a while since I found my favorite Yokoyama Goju❤️ raw Aizan, so I bought it immediately and opened the bottle immediately🎉I guess I won't be drinking Yokoyama raw sake for a while now 🧐.
First sip, the light and refreshing flavor of Yokoyama spreads,
The second sip, the unique bitterness and spiciness of the Aizan flavor comes through!
Third sip, (here comes the second cup of sake) comes the mild sweetness, the deliciousness of the rice, and the smoothness of the taste 🥰.
I went to Kakugami to buy some sashimi just as my new soy sauce arrived 🐟! The rest of us enjoyed Yokoyama with a little nibble 🩷.
Among the various types of sake rice, the one that seems to be the most difficult to pair with Aiyama is probably Aiyama 🧐, so with Aiyama, I thought it would be better to use herbs and aromas sparingly, or rather without them, and to eat tuna rather than yellowtail, as simple a meal as possible that would be close to Aiyama! It is no wonder why it is said that sake is for "atte" and wine is for "pairing". Aizan should be the star of the meal 💖💃.
For impressions of the sake by itself, shinsaku3 is in charge 💕.

I checked and Yokoyama in Kanji was a different brand brewed by Yokoyama, who borrowed the brewery of Sumikawa Sake Brewery in Yamaguchi prefecture for 4 or 5 years before the brewery was revived in Iki 🤔.
But both are delicious 😋.
