This is Yokoyama's summer sake. Unlike the impression on the label, it has a solid flavor and a bitterness in the second half that is surprisingly pleasant. It is light and refreshing like a summer sake, but it is also delicious and easy to drink.

As soon as I arrived at my favorite restaurant, my brother told me, "You've got a good one! It's a new sake! It's Yokoyama's new sake😆! It's a new sake from Yokoyama! There is still some autumn sake left in the fridge, but I had it first. The fresh and fruity taste spreads in the mouth🤣. This is what I call Yokoyama❗️ sweet, umami, sour, and bitter😍. A taste that makes you happy👍 Thank you brother of the shop😊.

One I was looking forward to this fall😆. I went to my usual store and there were only 2 bottles left 😱. Abunai abunai😮💨 I managed to buy it. The label here is lovely too 🤩. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. I'm not sure what to say about the hiyaoroshi either👍.

He said this one is fuller than the silver one. Golden osmanthus, freshly cooked glutinous rice cake, dandelion. I feel like eating simmered dishes. I think sashimi only goes well with prawns...

Yokoyama Goju Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki BLACK Capsicum mixture + slight yogurt smell 🍍🍌🍦. Mouthfeel is fresh and firm sweetness like white grapes! The taste is rather thick and lingers until the end! But it disappears as soon as you swallow it, which is strange 🫥. I like Hiragana Yokoyama, but I personally prefer the Yokoyama Goju series! 😍
