At Kinase in Mito
This with craft beer sold by weight
Perfect for today's hot weather!
Low alcohol content makes it easy to drink
Add ice to keep it nice and cold.
It is a sweet sake, but you can also taste the umami flavor
and your body in summer will accept it comfortably.
It is also satisfying as a sake.
Good luck tomorrow!
Following Urasato, I bought this Taiheikai at Fuchu Honor on my trip to Ibaraki. I dared not to buy Watarabune and bought the one I did not drink.
The first mouthfeel is soft, but it goes very crisp and clean.
Aromatic, juicy and dry? Very unusual but delicious.
Ibaraki sake is very unique and interesting.
Taiheikai Special Junmai 1800ml.
This sake is so good. ❤️
I would like you to buy and drink it for now☻
It has a mellow flavor and a raw sake-like feel,
It has acidity and is so delicious that I can't explain it well.
Banana aroma. Clean sweetness and light acidity in contrast to the rough atmosphere of the label. The slight astringency in the aftertaste is accentuated.
Good with fried food.
Taiheikai from Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. It's cold again, so I made some meat tofu to go with it.
Unlike the classic label image, it has a clean, apple-like flavor. It is light and dry, but also different from Niigata sake. The fruity mouthfeel makes it easy to drink, and the tangy dryness of the aftertaste is nice.
Not much aroma.
A bit of green apple and freshness on the palate.
Passing through, it feels soft and smooth textured.
Rice and koji-like flavors, light fruity, melon, etc.
It's like a fresh spring breeze, though it's oriented.
Serve with grilled asparagus, udo and firefly squid tempura.
Shokusai Tatsu, Kinshicho
Young melon and rummy nose.
Sweet and gassy on the palate with an immediate bitter taste
The bitterness doesn't linger on the palate. It's like a dry, sweet...
Very tasty!
4.1 out of 5.0 points
It is a clear sake with a sharp taste and a strong acidity. It has a hint of sweetness that makes it easy to drink. It goes well with sushi. I can't find anything wrong with it, but I think it is an understated sake. Sake
The sake does not have much aroma, but has a soft sweetness and sharpness from the first sip. The aftertaste is also mildly sweet.
It does not interfere with the taste of food, so it goes well with soaked okra and sushi. It is the perfect food sake for light tasting food.
It is not a sake that is extremely tasty on its own, but it goes well with food! It is not a stand-alone sake, but it is a supporting player that goes well with meals.
