Not much aroma.
A bit of green apple and freshness on the palate.
Passing through, it feels soft and smooth textured.
Rice and koji-like flavors, light fruity, melon, etc.
It's like a fresh spring breeze, though it's oriented.
Serve with grilled asparagus, udo and firefly squid tempura.
Shokusai Tatsu, Kinshicho
Young melon and rummy nose.
Sweet and gassy on the palate with an immediate bitter taste
The bitterness doesn't linger on the palate. It's like a dry, sweet...
Very tasty!
4.1 out of 5.0 points
It is a clear sake with a sharp taste and a strong acidity. It has a hint of sweetness that makes it easy to drink. It goes well with sushi. I can't find anything wrong with it, but I think it is an understated sake. Sake
The sake does not have much aroma, but has a soft sweetness and sharpness from the first sip. The aftertaste is also mildly sweet.
It does not interfere with the taste of food, so it goes well with soaked okra and sushi. It is the perfect food sake for light tasting food.
It is not a sake that is extremely tasty on its own, but it goes well with food! It is not a stand-alone sake, but it is a supporting player that goes well with meals.
Taiheikai Junmai Orikawari.
It is a raw sake.
The orikiri is thin.
It has sweetness and sharpness.
Delicious 😋.
This is good as a food sake👍
I had mackerel miso 🐟 for dinner tonight.
It goes best with ❤️
You can drink as much as you want 😋.
Price: ¥1615 (720ml)
I have some shopping to do at the bookstore today, and I'm going to Tokyo Station. I feel like stopping by Hasegawa Sake Shop. This is my first time drinking this sake. I ordered it because it is orikarami. It has a refreshing sweetness, acidity, and a bit of chili. The soft sweetness is finished off by a moderate bitterness. This is delicious.
The store's pop-up says, "It's like strawberries."
And "yummy! and it says, "It's like strawberries" (lol)
And it's a good price! I decided to buy it right away.
A little schwarzwaffe, just the way I like it 😆.
The subtle aroma, acidity and sweetness,
It really is like strawberry.
It's a bit cloudy because of the origami,
It is easy to drink,
It has a good flavor and this is good.
It is delicious!
There is a famous sake in Ibaraki. Fuchu Homare's 1314 is named after the No. 14 yeast in the 13° original sake. 14 yeast is also known as Kanazawa yeast, and is said to be characterized by low acidity and a strong ginjo aroma. In fact, you may not have had many sake made with No. 14 yeast.
This sake is very fruity, but I felt some heavy flavors of melon and grapes. It is somewhat like a smooth, easy-to-drink black honey. It may be a mild sweetness with little acidity.
If you drink it in summer, it is good on the rocks. This is delicious. It may not be a major brand, but Fuchu Honor is definitely delicious.
Despite the classic feel of the label, it has a clear flavor and a closing bitterness. There is no characteristic strength to the flavor, so it does not disturb you during a meal.
The bottle looks like a bottle of wine.
It has a cork stopper, and when you uncork it, it makes a light "poof ❗️" sound 😄 No bubbles spurted out.
This is still a glass 😁.
When you pour it into the glass, the bubbles 🫧 are squishy.
Refreshing bubbly. This is truly Champagne 🍾. It is very light with an alcohol content of 12 degrees. It is not too sweet and is very easy to drink.
It is my favorite taste 🥰.
As for the last one, a friend of mine went to Hananuki Gorge and sent me a picture of the autumn leaves: ☺️
I love the autumn leaves 😄.
Good morning, Mayuko!
I love the color of the leaves, and the way they change when they turn red.
I drove through the Hira mountains in Kyoto the other day and the view was spectacular 🍁.
Hi Jive, ☺️ I liked the other Taiheikai I had last time, so I had another one this time... 😄Is this really sake? I was so surprised 🤭. I love the autumn leaves in Kyoto 🍁. I admire it 🥰🥰.
Hi J&N, ☺️ This bottle is heavier than normal sake bottles😄.
It tastes very fresh and light 😄 and it disappears in no time.... When I pull the cork out, it won't close, so I use a stopper for wine 🍷😆... 😆...
Mayuko, good evening 🌙
It's a stylish drink ✨It tastes like champagne and looks delicious ❣️ The autumn leaves are beautiful 🍁I want to go see them before they're over 😊.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😊Nowadays sake bottles are really stylish 😄We had it in the most expensive Baccarat glass 🥂 in our house. It tasted better with this 😁I'm so happy to see the beautiful view!
I ordered this sake heated, so I don't have a picture of the bottle, but I am drinking Ishioka sake at an izakaya in Ishioka.
I was allowed to drink it with a boar cup by Kazuhiko Ota, who visited the restaurant.
Taiping Sea Autumn
Slightly gassy and chili when opened
Aroma of ramune
Image of soft drink
Calm food wine
Refreshing sweetness goes well with pickled turnips
It has a faint golden color, and its aroma is of rice malt, kumquat, white grapes, and pears. The taste has a faint sweetness, a slight sourness, and a fruity aroma like grapes that passes through the nose. The astringency that stimulates the throat and the fresh stimulation of the acidity are very pleasant, not too strong nor too weak, and the coquettish mouthfeel, like a fine and delicate champagne, is likely to be well received by foreigners. I did not know much about Fuchu Homare, but it is an excellent sake brewery.
