Sake by Fuchu Homare, which is rarely available in Kansai.
Only Watanabune is available at Yamacho-san, but I've never seen the others...
It was dark and complex with concentrated rice flavor.
I had a good impression of Fuchu Homare's Watanune a long time ago, so I'd like to try their other sake. I'll have to buy some more.
