Taiheikai from Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. It's cold again, so I made some meat tofu to go with it.
Unlike the classic label image, it has a clean, apple-like flavor. It is light and dry, but also different from Niigata sake. The fruity mouthfeel makes it easy to drink, and the tangy dryness of the aftertaste is nice.

I ordered it because it is orikarami. It has a refreshing sweetness, acidity, and a bit of chili. The soft sweetness is finished off by a moderate bitterness. This is delicious.
