Sake from Ibaraki Prefecture, my hometown, which I've been really into lately. The sake has a delicious rice flavor with a hint of acidity, It goes down smoothly and easily. It has no spines, so it is pleasant to drink. perfect as a food sake. I feel that Fuchu Homare is pushing the Watanobune brand strongly, but I feel that this sake could use a little more light.

Manachie! Ibaraki sake 😍 It has a spicy aroma + rich flavor 🍶. I would expect a freshly pressed sake to be light. But it's more of a robust type 😋. But the aftertaste is refreshing and well-balanced ◎. After a few days, the taste changes to a more rounded and delicious ✨. Manachie! Taipinghai is so good😍!
