I don't know the sake level or the degree of rice polishing.
I'm a fish who can't tell anything from the aroma alone. ...... Let's study up!
I think I sense sweetness.
I think it will have a complex umami since it is made from Yamahai, but I'm not sure yet....
But it's delicious!

It's the kind of sake that can be enjoyed on its own.
Privately aged for 1.5 year. According to the owner it has become much more smooth and elegant. Nechi always has a great potential for ageing which I am looking forward to try more in the future.
Still can feel the yeasty banana aroma. Similar note on taste - with a bit of congee and raw rice.
