It has the same label as the moon after the rain, so they must be a pair with the same concept 🤔.
So I opened a bottle after the moon after rain 🌕🍶.
It's crisp and clean with almost no sweetness 😎 and no acidity at all.
No acidity at all ❗️
Almost no umami either‼️
And yet somehow it tastes good🤔❓
It starts with an aroma that foreshadows minerals, then a slight tangy carbonation on the tongue🫧.
It tastes like crystal clear water💧, yet the bitterness that lingers afterwards is the only taste sensation that can be captured.
The expression from the first sip to the swallow is truly reminiscent of a dragon rising to the heavens🐉⤴️🙄.
The fact that the taste seems so simple is a sign of absolute confidence in the quality of the sake 🤔.
I thought it was one of the best in recent years for a clean and transparent type.
The way the flavor changes as it approaches room temperature is also enjoyable, and it's fun to drink it slowly 😁.
After getting drunk, the "muffled" feeling of the ginjo aroma passing through the nostrils is unbearable 🤗.

Sorry, you already posted this 😆 The bottles are similar but they have a totally different taste 👀 something nice without the sweet and sour taste...a dragon rising to the heavens...I want to taste the best clarity 😚🐉✨.

It was my first time too, but this one is a clear and dry type. The blast melon🍈 is a shocker, but this one was a shocker too🫨 They sell them in pairs, so you can easily compare the drinks 😌.
