This is my 4th visit to this restaurant 😁.
The sake on the menu again included wine and other items,
Fujii Shuzo Ryusei ✕ 虓 Model
Along with the sweet wine, this sake also has a strong
The strong pear-like aroma, sweetness and spiciness
matches the deliciousness of the meal👍.
☀️
It has the same label as the moon after the rain, so they must be a pair with the same concept 🤔.
So I opened a bottle after the moon after rain 🌕🍶.
It's crisp and clean with almost no sweetness 😎 and no acidity at all.
No acidity at all ❗️
Almost no umami either‼️
And yet somehow it tastes good🤔❓
It starts with an aroma that foreshadows minerals, then a slight tangy carbonation on the tongue🫧.
It tastes like crystal clear water💧, yet the bitterness that lingers afterwards is the only taste sensation that can be captured.
The expression from the first sip to the swallow is truly reminiscent of a dragon rising to the heavens🐉⤴️🙄.
The fact that the taste seems so simple is a sign of absolute confidence in the quality of the sake 🤔.
I thought it was one of the best in recent years for a clean and transparent type.
The way the flavor changes as it approaches room temperature is also enjoyable, and it's fun to drink it slowly 😁.
After getting drunk, the "muffled" feeling of the ginjo aroma passing through the nostrils is unbearable 🤗.
Hiro, 🙌 here too!
Sorry, you already posted this 😆 The bottles are similar but they have a totally different taste 👀 something nice without the sweet and sour taste...a dragon rising to the heavens...I want to taste the best clarity 😚🐉✨.
Hey Kotaro, I'm also here 😃.
It was my first time too, but this one is a clear and dry type. The blast melon🍈 is a shocker, but this one was a shocker too🫨 They sell them in pairs, so you can easily compare the drinks 😌.
At the usual restaurant
The last dish is a local dish, Ryusei from Hiroshima.
Kimchi from Kawasaki Tsukemonokei, a gift from a regular customer
It went well with the kimchi from Kawasaki Tsukemonokei, a gift from one of our regular customers 😆.
The Toiro Project! Toiro in Jusai!
Soft sweetness! It is mild!
You can feel it soaking in!
Some are cold and tucked away! Tightened!
Sweet like rice, not sugar?
It's not spicy, so it's easy to drink.
In Young Dawn 2025.
Really only rice? Sake? It has a surprisingly fruity and fruity taste. Rather than pairing it with something else, I felt like savoring it on its own like a slow, leisurely dessert.
