When I tasted it at the brewery, I thought it was too light 🤔, but when I actually drank it with snacks, it was just right. I heard that they changed the rice used for sake, but it was a typical Ito sake.
I think it is really luxurious to be able to drink seasonal sake💕.

The next stop on the "Suwa Gozo Sake Brewery Tour" was Yokobue.
We tasted five kinds of sake.
The first was a new sake. The sake was spread out at once and had a clear and crisp taste.
The most impressive was the plum wine. It was refreshing and not too sweet. It was my first choice for purchase 😃.

I love the aroma of Suwa no Yokobue, but it is more refreshing than I expected and light on the palate. It has a strong acidity. A little bit of maturity afterwards. It's good with Genghis Khan, and it's also spicy and refreshing 😆.
Transfer from the Iida line to the Chuo line and change at Kamisuwa. Suwa Gokura Kamisuwa Highway Street Street Drinking Event is being held. I didn't have time to participate but the town was full of drinkers 😅I hope to participate next year.

It has an orthodox mouthfeel that makes it a standard sake. For a sake from Suwa, it has a gusto, perhaps because it is a junmai sake. However, the clean water is still present. Nagano sake is delicious after all.
