The moment you take a sip, the banana-like sweetness spreads, with a good amount of bitterness in the aftertaste. It is not gorgeous, but the atmosphere is calm and serene from start to finish. It is a nice and classy sake and I liked it❣️.

Purchased at the Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza. It has a clear ginjo aroma. The taste is light, dry, and sharp. The taste is firm, but not harsh and crisp. You can taste the umami and aroma of rice.

It is very tasty with a light sweetness and a gorgeous mellow aroma. I really wanted to drink it with Japanese sashimi, but my wife prefers Italian-style snacks, so I'm not sure if it would be a good match or not. Tomorrow, we will enjoy it with sashimi from our favorite fresh fish restaurant.
