Sake I bought for an online heated sake event.
The aroma is mild, and it has a beautiful autumn finish with no signs of aging.
Best warmed up to lukewarm.
It has a soft sweetness and a strawberry-like aroma.
Pair it with grilled gingko nuts, which are a special treat this time of year.
The event is long over, but
I remember how nervous Haneda was when I drank it.
I bought it at Fukai Nakano-shu Honten Fukai Ekimae branch in Sakai.
It is the first time to drink it and I didn't know it until I saw it in the store. I bought it together with Gunma Izumi.
It is fresh and fruity. It's been a little while since I've had it, so it's ripe, but it's still gassy. It's quite a beautiful type. It has a modern and traditional feel to it.
It is said to be the smallest among the breweries (Daisen, Eikoh-fuji, Dewanosetsu) in the Daisen area of Tsuruoka City. It is said to be one of the smallest in Yamagata Prefecture.
bouken-san, I drank this quite a while ago.
I recently received a ❤️ from bouken-san.
I thought I bought it 😄.
I knew it lol.
I think it was the sake that my wife
I'm sure it's the sake my wife bought on the liquor store's recommendation.
It's been a super long time since I've posted. It's not that I've been away from sake. I've been enjoying the sake recommendations sent to me with the Yamagata Hanpukai shipment. This month, I'm enjoying Sugiyu, Tawara Yuki, and Koikawa Black. It's a great way to soak up the umami in a tired body.
Hamae Hakubai Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu Shiboritate Tawara Yuki Mofilter
When I went to the liquor store to buy Abe this Monday, I asked for the liquor store's recommendation and bought this sake.
I hadn't heard of this sake before, so I was curious and decided to open it before Abe did😃.
When you take it out of the fridge, it doesn't have much of an aroma, just a hint of rice.
When you drink it, the mouthfeel is clear and fruity❗️.
The taste is dry and crisp.
It's a great way to start the day, and I'm sure you'll love it too!
It's a little different when you drink it at room temperature.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
I'm not sure if that's what you'd expect from a 50% polished rice, unfiltered, 17% alcohol, unpasteurized, +5 sake.
It's a sake tsundere for Masa‼️.
I found a good sake from 🏠!
I think it's a sake that should be in the top ranking in Japan❗️
If you see it, please try to drink it!
Juice for adults! Plenty of gas, pleasant sourness, and a bitterness that spreads! I've never had Hamae Hakubai before, but mmmm! It's so refreshing and dry, it just snaps right out of your mouth and you're ready to go from one to the next!
