The first sip is sharp, but it is easy to drink and the aftertaste is strong with a lingering alcohol taste.
Although it is a draft sake, it does not have a sharp taste,
As the description on the back says, it is a refreshing sake that goes well with meat dishes.
Lastly, Kitaya in Fukuoka
Looks almost colorless.
The yellow color of the other three bottles doesn't seem to have anything to do with the single can.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity.
Ginjo aroma is apple-like with a hint of sweetness.
The taste is the same apple-like fruity flavor, but not so sweet.
So called fruity dry type
Polishing ratio is 59%, so the rice is not polished that much, but the taste is quite clear and transparent.
The quality is usually high and tasty.
A bottle for drinking outside on a holiday.
It's fruity, smooth and soft without any cloying taste, and it goes down smoothly lol.
I thought it was a high quality sake 😌.

We had it with roasted heshiko and dried fish at a BBQ.
It has a mellow sweet aroma and a slightly juicy taste, but the sweetness of the rice and the dry taste come immediately!
Maybe the rice flavor was more pronounced because we drank a Takanome just before!
As a food sake, it would have been better with a strong flavored dish, but it is also delicious on its own.
