Fukuoka makes good sake.
Kitaya, a famous sake that is hard to comment on, is delicious!
Light white meat, a guy, and vinegared mozuku!
After all, you can't go wrong with a special honjozo.
I've always wanted to try a variety of sake cups, but I've never had the chance to pick one up...
This sake was crisp, alcoholic, and had a nice kick to it 🍶.
I would like to collect and drink various local sake cups 😊.

Kitaya Fiesta AWA SAKE
The waitress who tasted this one also said, "Oh, this one is definitely one of my favorites! This is definitely one of my favorites! The staff recommended it to me.
It's delicious! Delicious! I'll be back 🥂🍾.
A souvenir from a business trip to Hakata. It is aromatic, clean, dry, and goes well with seafood. I paired it with salted fish from Niigata. Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol content between 15 and 16 degrees.
Puffy and fruity aroma.
Swissy yet still hot summer so it empties quickly.
Rice: 100% Gin-no-sato
Rice polishing ratio: 59
Alcohol content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius

It has a lychee-like ginjo aroma and a light, slightly dry, non-habitual taste.
If you drink it chilled, you can enjoy it as much as you like.
It is delicious.
We were allowed to enter a lively restaurant not far from where we were staying, where we enjoyed a variety of Hakata specialties.
Sake was of course Fukuoka's local sake.
The first was a Junmai Daiginjo from Kitaya.
Fruity, sweet, and just the right amount of spiciness, it's the kind of starter I like.
Please enjoy it before dinner.
Rice: 60% Yamadanishiki, 40% Omachi
