The taste is the same apple-like fruity flavor, but not so sweet.

Polishing ratio is 59%, so the rice is not polished that much, but the taste is quite clear and transparent.

We had it with roasted heshiko and dried fish at a BBQ.
It has a mellow sweet aroma and a slightly juicy taste, but the sweetness of the rice and the dry taste come immediately!
Maybe the rice flavor was more pronounced because we drank a Takanome just before!
As a food sake, it would have been better with a strong flavored dish, but it is also delicious on its own.
