I enjoyed a limited edition sake from the Kitaya Sake Brewery.
The aroma is fruity.
The taste is mellow with a clean aftertaste.

Junmai sake from Kitaya. It has a clean mouthfeel with a beautiful acidic aftertaste. A versatile sake that can be easily matched with various flavors of snacks.
A bottle that reminds us of the wide range of Kyushu's sake. Delicious. ❗️
