Last week, when I went to the Saburi Pond Ume Festival, I happened to see a booth from Kisomura and bought some.
I had it with a katakuchi, a sake cup that I recently purchased.
It was lightly matured and melted.
Delicious!
I wonder if it mellows out when you put it in a katakuchi? 😅
KATAGUCHI, GUIGUCHI, it's wonderful!
I like that type, too. The color and texture. The color, the texture, the taste of the sake is increased by a few percent.
I saw the kataguchi by Tokopo and thought it was nice, so I found a set with a nice Tokoname-yaki sake cup and bought it.
It can hold about 1 cup, so I decided to finish drinking after drinking what I put in the katakuchi and I try not to drink too much😅.
Lactic acidic yogurt-like aroma: ❗️
The taste is also lactic acidic and sour ❗️
The moment you drink it, it's sour.
The aftertaste is caramel sweetness😊.
I don't dislike it❗️
I really like the taste 😃.
The color is pretty yellow, but it's not hard to drink 👍.
It's not hard to drink 👍
It has won many awards 🏆 and it's still delicious!
It's still delicious ‼️
It goes well with food and I think I could have had a bottle 🤔.
Fire-brewed sake?
It's called "Hi-ire Genshu"?
It is sweet and has a shwarish feeling,
I shook it a lot from the first glass.
Still, I am glad that each of them has its own taste,
Rice used: Hitogochi
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 16%.
I told him that I was nervous that they might sell out because I knew they only had two in stock, but he said, "Oh no...it's a maniac genre and they still have some left...". Is that so? I was so excited.
I was very nervous, but he said, "No, no, no... it's a very popular genre of sake, so it's still around.
The aroma is softly banana, vanilla, and sweet floral. It also has a hint of cork, whey, raisins, and a lingering acidity and umami flavor that hits the throat.
I felt some bitterness when it was cold, so I preferred it at room temperature. When warmed up, the roundness and richness are more pronounced 😚.
Sake degree +7
Acidity 2.3
Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san 🐥.
I like freshly squeezed sake, but I also like to enjoy it while exploring its complex aroma 🤭.
I'm impatient to revisit the Sentori Retro's predecessor ⁈Classic Sentori while it's still in the store 😅.
☀️
I went to an event called "Cornerstone Fest 2025." I forgot to take pictures of the venue, so the only pictures I have are of the bottles😅.
I'm sorry I can't convey the atmosphere of the venue 😭
First of all, here are Kuroemon's Normal and Nigori.
Normal.
Moist and peachy sweetness 🍑.
And it goes down your throat nicely.
Nigori
The rice is nigori, and you can see the rice (🌾).
It is also sweet. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Good evening, Hiro!
Kaku-uchi festival! Sounds like fun 🍶👍Kuroemon is delicious 😋I haven't had nigori yet, so I'd like to have it sometime 😆 I've never been to a ❣️ event, so I'm very interested in the event too 😆.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃.
Both Kuroemon's were equally delicious ☺️
I recommend holding the event indoors as it is not affected by the weather: ❗️ Please go with your husband 🤗
Sake from Kiso Yabuhara, Shinshu. Junmai Ginjo-shu made from Hitogokochi sake rice grown in Shinshu. The acidity and sweetness make it easy to drink. You will drink too much.
Jyugodai Kuroemon Junmai Ginjo Hitogochi Nigori Nama Shu Snow Woman 720ml
Rice: 100% Hitogochi
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15%.
Well, opening the bottle was a big mistake! The first time we loosened and closed the bottle, it blew out and the sake seeped out, loosening the stopper and making it impossible to open the bottle 😭.
I had no choice but to use a wine opener to destroy the cork and open the bottle. It was closed with a bamboo leaf stopper.
The wine is delicious, with a fine, chilled taste. Last year I had the impression that it was quite dry, but this year I think it's a little sweeter.
But Snow Woman is lovely 😆.
My reflection this time is to be on guard and be prepared to cure the bowl.
I have not had a drink in a long time 🍶 since my abstinence from alcohol due to the effects of mycoplasma pneumonia has gotten a little better.
Enjoying the gorgeous sweet aroma, the unique spiciness of the sake is pleasant. The Miyamanishiki flavor and good acidity were perfectly balanced and delicious ✨.
I'd like to add some alcohol disinfection treatment to my body from now on👍

The catchphrase is "Mild sweetness, kyun kyun."
is the catchphrase
I bought a brand that had been talked about a lot.
Gentle sweetness with a sense of raw sake
Soft and fluffy rice flavor that passes through the nose
It was a great taste with a crisp and gentle aftertaste ✨.
