りゅうぱぱI was curious about Kuroemon XVI, another first for us, as I have been seeing him a lot lately at Sake no Wa 😊. The ginjo aroma gives off a rich, sweet taste 😆. As the label says, "The royal road to sweetness! As it says on the label It has a rich sweetness and umami, a sweetness reminiscent of peach and a berry-like acidity that is full without being too heavy, and a lingering sweetness that lingers for a long time. I didn't realize it was made with a modern taste until I saw the label 😲. Personal rating 7.5/10 points

まるわA neighborhood liquor store that insists on raw raw. That's where I learned about Chloémont. I became a fan at once with the brown label Yamahai. The Yamahai was out of stock, so I tried the 21BY Nama-Hashiroshi Nama-Hara. The umami taste is unbelievable. It is delicious, too delicious. If you drink this sake chilled, you can feel the fresh bubbles and it is open to young people. But above all, it is delicious warmed up! The acidity and rice flavor are superb. The dashi (Japanese soup stock) flavor is so wonderful that the firefly squid from Toyama is almost lost in the haze. This is a great new favorite brand, Kuroemon XVI.
