The second draft is this one with a black label! I've never encountered it anywhere else recently except at Noe. Debut was by Sapporo Torin, (reviewing the location and tagging it now). Machida Sake Brewery is Pichi-Pichi Suitama is a Jyushidai or Asahitaka type of sake. After the first batter, Shuzo Machida, got on base, the second batter, Suitama, hit an end run to put runners on first and third! It is a good connection 🆗. The dish was wine pork marinated in miso! A friend of mine told me that they have a good selection of sake, so I called the restaurant and went there! I was told that the course meal requires a reservation the day before, and that the all-you-can-drink option is for two or more people, so I asked for two dishes I was interested in first! You can only order the 3-drink comparison once! They explained to us that we could take our time and look through the cold storage and decide what we would like to drink! There were about 40 different kinds of wine available that day! The one on the left is dry and the one on the right is sweet! I took my time and selected the best team I liked! First, this one, labeled "Uramachida"! It's so shiny! I can feel its vigor! The best draft for sure 😑! Nameko and Narazuke!
