When I was in Kiso in the summer, I passed by the Yukawa Sake Brewery of Kuroemon XVI, but I didn't go there because I read online that you can't buy it at the brewery. (So I didn't drink it.) I found it at a liquor store the other day and got it! (I'm in Tokyo though) Kuroemon 16 Yamahai Junmai Aki-agari Yamadanishiki I feel the acidity first! Also, it's a bit like Yamahai, isn't it? Relatively firm taste with a focus on acidity. On the second day, it gradually becomes more sweet and delicious. The acidity settles down. I think I can taste the rice flavor. I prefer it this way. I read that it is recommended to be served lukewarm, but it's still hot, so I served it cold and tried my best to serve it at room temperature. The back of the bottle says "Oh, fruitful autumn sounds wonderful", but maybe I should have drank it when it was a little more like autumn, it was like summer yesterday too: ☀️☀️

Bon appétit ✨🥂✨ Chilled on the first day Smooth and refreshing sweetness on the palate It's not indicated on the label, but Because it is a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast yeast stock Beautiful acidity and umami from the sake yeast and umami. The bitterness of Miyamanishiki (it's only slight) is refreshing. It is very delicious😍. The brewer's favorite way to drink it seems to be at room temperature. I was searching for how people drink it. I was searching for the review of Sakeran and found it. ❣️ I see that you recommend it cold or lukewarm 🤔. So, day 2 First at room temperature Wow 〰︎😳The aroma is ‼️ It smells amazing! It smells so good ♡♡♡♡ When you put it in your mouth, you'll be surprised at how sweet and rich it tastes 😍. The taste is so sweet and rich 😍. The aftertaste is very alu-feeling. Next, I served it lukewarm 🍶. Wow ‼️ this is amazing ❣️ it's so good ❤️ It's just as mellow as room temperature. It's just as mellow as at room temperature, but the corners have been removed and it's milder. It doesn't have an aftertaste of alcohol! It's really good when it's warmed up to 〰︎ 😍✨ It's the best 😆🙌 Drank it all in 2 days 😋✌️

Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is sweet and full, with hints of banana, candy candy, cereal grains, and custard cream. The intensity of the aroma is medium. Smooth and pleasant on the palate. A refreshing hint of citrus appears soon after. The 13% alcohol content gives it a light mouthfeel. It has a medium aftertaste with just the right amount of astringency. A mellow sake.

IWC Champion Sake Winner Juroemon Jugendai Kuroemon Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Rice used: Miyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol: 15%. Bottle opened at Kanazawa jazz street day 2 @ Oyama shrine 🎵. I brought two bottles from home with refrigerant in the bag. It was able to stay cold enough. By the way, it is indeed a CHAMPION SAKE! Elegant, clear and fruity! Delicious!

It is quite thick and robust, with umami, sweetness, and a slight acidity. It is a quintessential unfiltered raw sake. It may be a little heavy for those who like a refreshing water type sake. The label on the back says "Oh, Delicious apple! on the back label, but it is more like an apple pie with lots of butter than a fresh apple. It's just an image, not a taste, so please don't misunderstand me. It tastes and tastes like a dessert wine, and I think it has a strong personality to be used as a food wine. I'm going to work 4 days in a row from tomorrow, and I'm going to do my best while everyone is celebrating the holidays....

Nagano Prefecture Junmai Summer Nama-shu Nama-nama-shu 20238Y Brewing No.50 Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. Rice: 100% Hokkaido comet Slightly carbonated and refreshing like a summer sake! The rice flavor and sweetness combined with the slight carbonation makes it very easy to drink. It is an excellent sake!
