Kuroemon XVI, the first 😊. al feeling in the mouth What's that? High alcohol content? It's so good that it makes you think it's too high. ❗️ A little bit of acidity and sharpness. I'll never get tired of drinking this. I left it for a while, maybe on the 3rd or 4th day... Oh, the aliveness has become mellow ❗️ Umami and a bit of acidity: ❗️ This is good 🤣 I love Nagano sake 🍶. I got this yesterday on my Nagano Sake Brewery & Sake Shop tour drive by Kuroemon-san❤️It's definitely delicious already 💖. Slightly low-alcohol Kuroemon-san always shows us how much fun sake can be 😍Thank you Kuroemon-san ‼️ Aizan is an elegant sweet sake, with a moderate acidity and bitterness that is light and delicious 😋. By the way, the pancakes were too nice 🤭If you cut them over the fire, you can eat them like grilled meat 👍You can use any ingredients, and if you grill them afterwards to make them crispy, they are delicious ‼️ They also go well with sake✨You can freeze any leftovers (I didn't have any left over 😆)! I was really happy to be able to relax and drink delicious drinks at home on the balcony 🥰. Now, let's get ready for the night's feast 📣I can't be drunk ‼️🤣! For impressions of the drinks by themselves, shinsaku3 is in charge 💕.

Jay & Nobby 💖Thank you very much for your help. ‼️The after-party was tuna sashimi and tarako chazuke while comparing the few remaining bottles of Yamasan Aizan and Kuroemon Aizan! The Aizan has a sweet aroma and a strong astringent taste, which seems to get more astringent with each passing day. ❤️

Overall 10 (out of 10) Following Mr. Noriguchi, here is Mr. Kuroemon! I bought it at Sake no Hara Shouten in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture. According to the description "Elegant sweetness that cuts through the light." 🤔. It is delicious ❣️😋 This is the sweet and delicious type that you can cut ‼️😋👍 I think it's best served cold as the richness becomes more noticeable when it's warmed up 😃. It's a sweet and tasty type that will leave a lasting impression along with Omatsuri CARP! I had it chilled.... Pairing impressions were made by Pekho-san! Here are my personal impressions Aroma Not much Taste The higher the number, the stronger the sensation (5 is the maximum) 　-Spiciness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste 　-Sweetness: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste 　-Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste 　-Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 　-Astringency: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste 　-Umami: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel】→3 Smaller number = light and smooth Large number = thick and rich (5 is the maximum)
