Takashi found it after a long time. I was so excited that I bought a bottle. I was torn between Omachi and Yamadanishiki, but I chose Wakamizu, as is typical in Kanagawa. The aroma was subdued and refreshing. The sake level is 11, which is very firm. The store where I bought it has a concept of handling only unfiltered, unadulterated, matured sake. It is this season's sake, but it still has a matured taste.
