Fruits "Puchutto Strawberry Miruku" from Yahatagawa, Hiroshima
This is the strawberry miruku of the Kudamono series. It's called "Strawberry Miruku", but it's a very hard muddled sake. If you buy it by the jacket, you may be deceived, but personally, I like it because of its rich taste. It's interesting to see how it changes after a while.
Yahatagawa" Fruits "Pushy strawberry miruku".
Stimulation to the tongue from a faint gassy feeling. Crisp aftertaste for the rich milky feeling. Not much sweetness or strawberry feeling.
I didn't find it very sweet, probably because of the fermentation. It didn't have much of a fizzy feeling either. However, it is very cloudy and feels like a dry sweet sake. On the second day after opening the bottle, the sweetness started to come out a little.
With all due respect, I've never seen this brewery before, and I first learned about it from a liquor store's SNS. The aroma is definitely strawberry milk-like. Right after opening the bottle, the sweetness is a little low and it feels spicy, but it also tastes like strawberry milk. I've heard that it gets even more strawberry milk-like after a while, so I'll let it sit for a while.
Chusei Shin Senbon.
Strawberry milk concept.
Perhaps because it is just after opening the bottle, a slightly pungent taste is on the tongue. Combined with the foaming sensation.
Good evening, bouken.
That's right. I was expecting it to be sweet because of the strawberry milk concept, but I was betrayed in a good way.
I think it will change again if I leave it for a while, so I'm going to enjoy it slowly.

Evening drink at home.
The third bottle was a gift from my brother-in-law.
This is the first time I drink this brand.
The sweetness is moderate, clear and light
sake quality. Among the sake we drank this time
I liked it best with seafood.
The aroma is more refreshing than juicy.
Is it because it is a Daiginjo?
It is smooth on the palate. It is not as viscous as the old turtle. Therefore, it flows smoothly.

First time, I'm glad I drank it
Cospa: ◎ If you haven't had it before, you should buy it!
Surprising in a good sense anyway!
Super fizzy and very cloudy!
The strong carbonation on the tongue, the clean and thick yogurt-like aroma, and the crisp throat feel leave nothing behind in a good way.
The impact is so great that I recommend it to everyone, whether you like sake or not.
A freshly squeezed nigori sake suitable for the New Year.
You can feel the crisp and refreshing gas in the tart sweetness.
It's a fun sake that changes its flavor with every first and second glass.
The color of this Sake is light amber and has a cask / Taru aroma. The cask flavor is present but not over powering. The mouth feel is light with a slight sweetness. There is some acidity and a long finish.
This is a sake that was recommended to me by YUMMY SAKE, a sake taste judging service. Sure, this one has a clean aftertaste... my favorite flavor! I've heard that I'm a "buh-buh-buh" type of person, but it's a good example. At first, the sake flavor spreads quickly, but the aftertaste is like water.
