It's surprisingly dry in the mouth❗️
The initial sweetness is quickly pushed aside, and the bitterness and pungency occupy the mouth.
But the sweetness of the strawberry milk comes back a little bit in the process of getting rid of the bitterness, and the tingling sensation remains on the tip of the tongue.
It's not visually appealing as a sake for a meal, but it has a surprisingly strong flavor.

Flavor: Slightly carbonated. A less sweet version of Amazake. I don't think I'll need any side dishes.
The first impression is a sizzling sweet sake.
It has a solid rice flavor and a crisp aftertaste.
I couldn't detect any strawberry milkiness, but with time it becomes creamy and delicious again.
It was a delicious nigori sake (*ω`*).
I paired it with Kazunoko cheese.

This is the strawberry miruku of the Kudamono series. It's called "Strawberry Miruku", but it's a very hard muddled sake. If you buy it by the jacket, you may be deceived, but personally, I like it because of its rich taste. It's interesting to see how it changes after a while.

I didn't find it very sweet, probably because of the fermentation. It didn't have much of a fizzy feeling either. However, it is very cloudy and feels like a dry sweet sake. On the second day after opening the bottle, the sweetness started to come out a little.
With all due respect, I've never seen this brewery before, and I first learned about it from a liquor store's SNS. The aroma is definitely strawberry milk-like. Right after opening the bottle, the sweetness is a little low and it feels spicy, but it also tastes like strawberry milk. I've heard that it gets even more strawberry milk-like after a while, so I'll let it sit for a while.

This is the first time I drink this brand.
