Gorgeous aroma of Ginjo
The sizzling sensation of raw, unpasteurized sake.
At first I thought it was sweet, but it soon dissipated.
The aftertaste was rather firm.
My favorite degree ★★☆☆☆
The first impression is a sizzling sweet sake.
It has a solid rice flavor and a crisp aftertaste.
I couldn't detect any strawberry milkiness, but with time it becomes creamy and delicious again.
It was a delicious nigori sake (*ω`*).
I paired it with Kazunoko cheese.
Cute one cup.
Bought it somewhere and left it in the fridge (sorry).
The first impression is that it tastes like caramel.
After that, it disappears quickly like water.
It seems to go well with rich food.
It is very easy to drink.
The fresh, gorgeous, sweet floral aroma spreads fluently and gives a fruity and quite sweet impression.
After that, I felt the full flavor and acidity of Omachi.
We had it with cucumber cured ham roll and sea bream aquapazza at home.
I was surprised that it was sweeter than I expected.
I think it's a sweet and umami taste.
It was very tasty(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
It wasn't a freshly opened one.
I didn't get that slight fizziness so much.
Fresh sweet aroma of muscat type.
It has a good flavor but not heavy.
The taste is stable.
I love Kaze no Mori(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
Luxurious drinking comparison of Rtype, Stype and Xtype.
Xtype has a beautiful and gentle sweetness and sourness like white wine.
It is like a pear or not too sweet apple.
The taste is clean and delicious.
At Umeda Sake Ebisu, I enjoyed it with homemade cheese curds (๑˃̵˂̵)
Both Stype and Rtype have sourness, sweetness and a clean crispness.
The Rtype has a lingering sense of umami.
The Stype is cleaner than the R.
Rtype is good with seared ray-finned fish
I couldn't find a good match for Stype, but I think it would go well with cream cheese with sake lees.
Kazu Murasuke
Murasuke, who had been put to sleep without drinking (sorry!)
The first impression is a refreshing, sweet, white floral, clean aroma.
It's not too strong, but it's a little sharp.
As you continue to drink, the gentle bitterness and umami taste spreads.
We paired it with pork kimchi.
I was not sure about the pork kimchi. But it was a good match with the kimchi, whose acidity was weakened after frying.
Home brewed with a gift from my sister٩(^‿^)۶
This is the first time I've had this beer.
It has a soft, light foam and a youthful, refreshing impression.
It's a great wine, but it's not as good as it sounds.
We enjoyed it with yellowtail carpaccio.
