On the first day, we had Hiroshima Tsukemen Modoki,
It was a delicious drink with good chemistry.

The sake is made from 100% Hiroshima-grown 70% polished rice from Nakanosei-Shin Senbon, using subterranean water from Gokurakuji Mountain.
The mouthfeel is clean and classic, with a slight alkalinity. It is slightly dry. The sourness comes later, followed by bitterness.
It is easy to drink as a mid-meal sake because it wears off quickly!

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. When I was about 20 years old, I drank a bottle of Hachiman River sake and was impressed by its taste. At that time, it was Junmai Daiginjo.
It had been a while since I went back to my parents' house, so I visited the brewery in person and purchased this sake. I was told that this year's production was the best.
It was truly the best in many ways! It was nostalgic and thoughtful, reminding me of my own sake roots.
I am thankful that I was able to drink good sake today and in good health.

Good morning 😁I've had Hachiman river active nigori before and it was delicious, so this one looks good too 👍8 degrees Celsius is a killer in a blink of an eye.
This is a slightly different kind called "Pushutto Ichigo-Miruku. Although it looks cute, it is quite dry and has a strong alcoholic taste, so it is not recommended to drink it thinking it is a cocktail. It has a strawberry flavor on the palate.
Because it looks and smells like strawberry milk made with red yeast, I imagined it would be quite sweet, but the moment I took it into my mouth, I felt a gassy, light sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste that seemed to disappear from my mouth.
I drank it as if it were a dessert, but it is a drink that goes well with meat as well.

First of all, good label design 👍good naming sense 👍👍good taste 👍👍👍looks like strawberry milk🍓🥛droopy liquor. Sweet aroma. But the taste is a little lighter than normal nigori sake. It has a refreshing aftertaste with pink grapefruit-like acidity and bitterness. This Hachimanagawa sake brewer puts a lot of effort into nigori sake.

I bought this one because I like cloudy, it has an interesting label, and it's from Hiroshima, the same city where I was born.
I drank my first glass impatiently after opening the bottle as the gas was coming up to the top of the bottle. It was very gassy, strawberry sweet, and very creamy. I thought it might be too sweet since the sake is rated -19 on the sake scale, but it wasn't too sweet.
There is a lot of ori, which is also nice. I really like it!
