Today I went back home and bought a souvenir from a liquor store in Tokyo🗼...Ibaraki's Raifuku Jungin🍶.
This one happened to be at a tasting event at Hasegawa Sake Shop in the Solamachi shopping arcade... 🙆It's cosy, under 1500 yen, and I was attracted by the convenience of the PET bottle instead of the bottle 🙆I bought it 💴.
I drank a little at the tasting, but opened the bottle at home again 🍶.
The aroma is only faint 🤔.
The moment you take a sip, the sweetness and umami in the mouth is a good salted 👌After that, the spiciness comes in moderately and you can feel the heat in your throat from the spiciness in the aftertaste. 🙂↕️
I personally like it as a food sake 😊.
It seems to go well with meat dishes such as yakitori, especially with a slightly darker flavor⭕️
I think it has a good finish with the balance you want for everyday drinking at a good price point 🥰.
But in terms of taste... the "Soraki" from the Shinzawa Brewery that I drank yesterday was delicious 🤣.
I can understand well when I compare the taste...that can (or bottle) of sake is not to be underestimated 😅.
Good evening, Uchi~no-Super~Ritai-san 🌙
Raifuku-san is a brand I had seen in Hiroshima... but the plastic bottle was a novelty. ❗️ It's risky to check a bottle in a suitcase, so I'm glad it was also light 🤭.

Impression: Sake like dessert wine
This is a kijoshu in which some of the brewing water is replaced with junmai sake. The taste is completely dessert wine standing and you will want to drink it last.
This one has a fresh aroma due to the fact that it is a draft sake, so it does not feel heavy. It also has a nutty flavor that goes well with pistachio gelato.
Pairing] Blue cheese, vanilla ice cream, fruit tart
Dessert wine-like position.
Repeat Score] 2.0
It was the first time for me to drink something that had been polished to this degree.
It was really easy to drink, and even though it was 16 degrees, you didn't feel it.
5/10
This day was a sake party.
We had mainly summer sake.
The first was Raifuku's Ookagata. I didn't know this, but it was produced by a sake YouTuber.
The sweetness is sap-like...?
I wonder if it is an expression of the giant stag beetle.
I missed the train from Asahikawa to Sapporo last week!
So I called Mr. Fukurokuju and apologized for today 🙇.
So I apologize for this day 🍈🍈.
The manager brought us 3 kinds from the start!
Have you had these?
I was curious about them on social media, so I'm looking forward to them 😌.
First, the green apple Daifuku🍏!
Freshly opened, slightly effervescent of the three types.
Sweet, but tart.
So it's Daifuku.

Aroma of strong acidity. Slightly tangy, with a strong acidity. It is not so sweet and has a surprisingly bitter taste. It is a bit surprising because I was expecting a very green apple taste. The description says it has a great green apple taste, but...my stupid tongue...
Summer Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu.
It has a tropical fruitiness, but ripe ripe fruit.
It has a strong acidity, but still has a sense of being brewed.
I like it.
Refreshing ginjo aroma
The bottle and label give the image of a refreshing summer sake.
but the taste is surprisingly robust.

While it is very drinkable
The refreshing acidity and sharpness
It has a good balance of acidity and sharpness.
The lychee aroma spreads softly when the bottle is opened, and there is definitely a lychee flavor when drinking.
The alcohol content is 16%, but it feels light.
It is a drink that makes you drink too much of it.
Alcohol content: 17%.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Sake rice: Omachi
Yeast: Tokyo University of Agriculture isolate
Opening the bottle
Slightly fragrant ginjo aroma
Fresh pineapple
Sip it
The first impression is sweetness.
but the impression that passes through the throat is light spiciness and bitterness.
The aftertaste is diluted grated daikon
Sourness is also felt on the tongue
but you can also taste the umami of the rice.
The roughness of the unpasteurized sake and the spreading aroma are pleasant.
It has a good balance of spiciness, bitterness and umami.
It is a well-balanced sake with a good balance of spiciness, bitterness, and umami.
HASAKUSAKURAIFUKU" from Raifuku Shuzo in Ibaraki Prefecture
Junmai Daiginjo Nama 🍶.
When you open the seal, it has a very nice aroma.
The palate is refreshingly sweet with a hint of bitterness... and a slight tang.
It's citrusy or completely hashaku!
This is delicious 😋 Alcohol 16%.
