My first sake from Ibaraki.
My first sake brewery, Raifuku Sake Brewery.
Whoa, it's good!
Thick?
Sweet and easy to drink!
But the spiciness of sake? Kirei?
Something just right? I'm not sure.
I'm curious to see other sake from this brewery!
The photo is a collaboration with edible chrysanthemum!

Got it at a tasting at the University of Agriculture. It was my wife's guess. It was a true Muscat, with a strong white wine-like flavor.
The label also seems to have grapes on it.This is the third picture, but it's hard to tell because I'm not a good photographer.
Raifuku Halloween Label
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rice polishing ratio: 60, AL degree: 15
Yeast: Tokyo University of Agriculture isolate (flower yeast)
A slightly sweet and juicy sake typical of Raifuku.
Nice!
Edible rice Shunyo, flower yeast used. Lychee sweetness and astringency, a true white wine taste. It is surprising that this is made with a rice polishing ratio of 70%. It is not sake-like in a good sense. You will want to pay attention to the sake made with Shunyo. Delicious.
Ichiko raifuku... daifuku no e... ichigo raifuku...
What a good idea!
So, this is Ichigo Raifuku by Raifuku-san!
I've had Raifuku's sake made with strawberry yeast before, but this one is different...which one...?
It has a beautiful sweetness with a light sourness, it's a very beautiful sake....
The aftertaste is sweet, which is also good!
I got a faint strawberry milk sensation... even though it's a sake!
Although it doesn't have the Daifuku feeling (of course), I don't know how to describe it, even among the various sake I've had... Anyway, it has a lovely aftertaste.
I'm sure no one can understand this one, though...
Thanks for your comment, Manachie 😊.
When I saw it at the liquor store, I was like "what the heck is this?" When I saw it at the liquor store, I was like "what is this?
I see the president likes sweets...
It really does have a lovely aftertaste, I know that's a strange expression lol
