Sake with undisclosed specs.
Purchased at the Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival.
I was hesitating between this and MELLOW, so I went for this one.
Slightly effervescent and sweet, but with a strong rice flavor. There is also a slight minerality. A little bitterness in the latter half.
Before tasting, I imagined it to be sweeter and more fruity, but it is a strong umami sake.
It becomes sweeter after a few days than when it is freshly opened.
It has a candy-like sweetness and a slight ripeness.
I just bought this at an ion in Ibaraki. It was a collaboration, or maybe it was a lick, it was so delicious. The aroma is gorgeous and mellow, and the flavor is amazing. There was only one bottle, but I'm glad I chose it!

#Nihon-shu
Peachy aroma, juicy sweetness and a little acidity.
A little bit of alcohol and good bitterness in the aftertaste.
It is reasonably priced and easy to drink!
Sake festival at a department store. At the Raifuku booth, I had a brief chat with the saleswoman. I asked her what she recommended, and she immediately replied that this was the newest flavor. I remember seeing the label on the bottle, but I decided to buy it. When I got home, I checked and found that this was the last Raifuku I drank.
When I drank it again, the strong ginjo aroma spread widely. I wondered how such a sake could be reproduced. I think I have seen the underlying strength of the sake brewery, not just their mastery of yeast.
Tanuki-san pioneered a Japanese-style izakaya nearby!
I was surprised to find that they have a surprisingly large selection of sake,
When in doubt, I went for the local Ibaraki sake, Raifuku, for the time being.
I had bought the same sake at home last month and drank it, so I knew how good it tasted, but it was fruity and delicious all over again.
Sake that I received and let sit for a year.
I drank it in a hurry.
I have enjoyed Raifuku twice as a fruit type sake, but this one is easy to drink but has a strong sake aftertaste.
The name is also nice.
Shizuku.
I feel it must have been made with great care.
