Store Drinking.
Since I was in the Kansai area, I went to a restaurant that I knew from Sake-no-wa and was curious about.
It is "Unagidani" in Shinsaibashi.
The style is to select sake from a line of sake bottles in the refrigerator.
This style is exciting to see the sake bottles standing in a row 😆.
Here is the sake.
The color is clear.
The aroma is not taken.
Taste is thin and sweet. It has a pleasant sweetness of green apple type 🍏.
It has a very slight carbonation through the throat.
The aftertaste is sweet and has a ginjo aroma.
It is a light sake that can be drunk as a summer sake.
Sake on the right in the photo
Image of white wine, refreshingly acidic and clean tasting compared to BLACK.
Uses white malted rice (the main type of malted rice for shochu outside Okinawa)
Sake on the left in the photo
Image of red wine, rich acidity. Seems to go well with steak.
They used black malted rice that was used for Awamori in Okinawa.
