Well, as for the taste, the top aroma has a faint melon aroma 🍈.
The overt aroma is a little subdued, like melon or banana, and is preceded by sourness and a hint of gas.
Then sweetness and umami, followed by a slightly stronger bitterness and astringency that slowly fades away. ☺️
It's a little low at 14% and low alcohol, so it's easy to drink ✨.

Received at a brewery event. Casual label. Easy to drink.
Named for the combination of the founder's family name "Higashi" and "Tsuru", a symbol of longevity and good fortune.
The brewery has been in business since the Edo period but temporarily went out of business; in 2011, the 6th generation brewer reestablished the business and has renewed the quality of the sake to be modern and aromatic.
