My favorite Chiba sake "Iwanoi" is brewed with ultra-hard water (hardness 240). It has the delicious flavor of Omachi and the moderate bitterness and sharpness of hard water! The taste is deep and the acidity is dignified! It can be drunk as it is, or as a food sake...no...food sake🍶 is better 🙆I'm sipping it with boiled gammo and sashimi...🙆I'm sipping it with a side dish.

You can buy it directly from the sake brewery. It is a quaint sake brewery. It is brewed with "So no Mai" sake rice from Chiba Prefecture. The aroma is a hint of rice, and the taste is very fresh. Sashimi at a sushi restaurant is good, but the inevitable sashimi you buy at the supermarket is also good. but the inevitable sashimi you buy at the supermarket is also very tasty. Stringy tuna, sticky-sweet squid, too-chewy hamachi, and fishy salmon. Still, Chiba sake, sake from Sotobo, is good. This yellow sake is also good heated.
