Enayama's new series
It is called "Pure".
It is a little spicy...
If you drink it with an image of Enayama in mind, you will be betrayed.
Suitable as a food sake
It is Junmai Daiginjo, but it is very robust.

2023 Year in Review.
We had it at Meisei Horumon Ghibier.
Enayama" Junmai Ginjo (Yamadanishiki) [Hazama Shuzo, Gifu].
A slightly sweet mouthfeel from the bitterness characteristic of alcohol, with more sweetness flowing down the middle to the back of the throat.
It leaves a lingering sweetness, but the finish is refreshing.
We named it "Pure" in the image of a fresh and clear SAKE with the goal of "moving from 0 to 1 cup of Sake". We have created a fruity and easy-to-drink SAKE that overturns the image of the younger generation that sake is difficult to drink.
We hope that even young women will like this sake.
I want as many people as possible to become SAKE enthusiasts.
I thought this thought of Hazama Sake Brewery is wonderful. ‼️
It's one of my favorite bottles too😍.
I know it's fruity!
It smells elegant, which fits the purple label~.
It's unfiltered raw, so it's dark. Lately? Maybe it's not my favorite. It goes well with Chikuzen-ni, a stewed chicken dish with a lot of fat.
Postscript
I left it aired out, but did it get creamier? Easy to drink!
It goes well with milky and gentle cheese.
Camembert and Normandy go well with it.
I'm not sure if it's a wash with too much flavor.
