There is just a little bit of color. There is a tangy gas feeling on the tongue, but it is very sweet anyway.
When I drank it a week later, the sweetness was gone and it became a juicy sake with aroma, umami and acidity, and he said it was delicious👍.
Souvenirs from Gifu at a friend's house.
Polishing ratio 50%.
The aroma is weak, but you can certainly taste the rice.
It is slightly sweet, but basically dry.
It is easy to drink and has a sharp aftertaste.
It has no peculiarities, so it can be easily paired with anything.
I tried something called 📱digital detox.
I didn't consciously do it, I simply left my phone at the pub where I 👆 drank 😅.
It's so inconvenient without it 😣.
Also, the "I don't have it with me" anxiety.
If you get in the car 🚙 you'll be asked, "I couldn't connect to my phone, did you forget your phone?" I'm asked "Did you forget your cell phone?" 😮💨 Yes, yes, I forgot it.
Hmmm, I realize how much people today are tied to their phones😩.
I'll get to the point now 🙇.
It was a year-end party, but I didn't have enough to drink, so we went to a nearby izakaya (Japanese-style pub).
This restaurant, Enasan, is the best choice 🤗.

Relying on faint memory
Quite transparent
Plenty of citrus fruity
Good acidity
Yamada-Nishiki is a wonderful variety of Nishiki 😃.
I think it's a widely acceptable structure.
It was delicious 😋😋😋.
Thanks for the treat

It's been a while.
I had some business in Nagoya and went to Ena Gorge on my way there, so I bought some local sake.
Enayama Junmai Ginjo.
It was a refreshing yet slightly tangy sake with a nice aftertaste at the end.
It is not so strong in character, so it is an easy sake to pair with a meal!
Ena-san Pure
When poured, it smells like pears. Sweet and sour, slightly carbonated, slightly bitter. It tastes like a reward and a treat. Delicious.
On 11/23, on the way back from the Mizunami and Kasahara brewery openings, I took advantage of the time I had to make a one-stop transfer at Nakatsugawa Station and bought some at the brewery. It was the first new sake brewed this year.
The brewery is located in a nice area that still retains its old townscape. Since we were on a slow train, we realized that the Nakasendo road connects Shiojiri to here.
The moment you open the lid, you can smell the delicious aroma of sake.
The alcohol and the richness of the rice are both strong, yet it is very easy to drink.
