I had a zero after-party with my friends at an oyster hut.
I went to a yakitori restaurant on a whim, and it was a wonderful encounter.
It is a very sweet bottle of sake that was created with the hope that it will open the door to sake for those who have never experienced it before. ‼️
Last night we invited a couple of friends over for drinks, so I made some leftover hors d'oeuvres: ham with mustard, garland chrysanthemum, daikon and nut salad, sweet and sour marinated carrots, and oden (oden).
I was missing something, so I added garlic toast for something chewy to drink👍 lol.
It had a special sweetness, but surprisingly bitter and sour mustard isn't bad either! And the oden Japanese garlic is also quite good (though strange as a dish 😅)!
It may not be perfect as a food sake, but I have the impression that it will go well with both Japanese and Western cuisine 😍It gave me the courage to use mustard with sweet sake without fear ✨.
I think this is the best sake for a first time sake drinker, and it goes well with home-cooked food too 👍.
