I bought it thinking that there was a chimera before.

I thought it was mildly acidic for a Shirokikyu, but the next day the acidity became stronger.

It is served with a yakiniku bento box from Hiroshi Yakiniku Restaurant in Kyoto.

The aroma is elegant and gorgeously sweet.
The taste is also sweet, but the aftertaste is clean and dry.
I was a little impressed that this flavor could be made from Sasanishiki.
Next time, I would definitely like to try the raw sake.
