Rice: All Koshihikari produced in Tango
Alcohol content: 15%.
Aroma: Fruity.
The mouthfeel is piquant and stimulating.
The middle taste is deliciously acidic.
The aftertaste is a lingering sweetness.
Serve with mackerel with sesame paste. Delicious!
A souvenir from my own business trip last week 🍶.
It was my first time to drink Shirakikyu, and I couldn't imagine what it would taste like with rice and various yeasts used, but when I drank it, I found it had a nice acidity and sharpness, and I finished it in no time at all!
It went perfectly with the miso konnyaku as a snack 🗻.

I was surprised to see so many kinds of sake.

I wanted to try this Italian style label. It is made with wine yeast. The sweetness and sourness come separately. Slightly light on the palate.
MIRROR MIRROR
A light, sweet and acidic wine with a high malic acid-producing yeast. Lightly sweet and acidic with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Slightly bitter aftertaste.
◉Karakurena no shirakiku
Hiyaoroshi. A little light on the palate, but the sake taste starts to tingle in the middle. Not my favorite type.
◉Haruhi Natsu no Owari Limited Hiyoroshi
Aroma of Haruhi. A full-bodied, dense sake with a good acidity. Moderate acidity.
◉Tango no Hikari
No sweetness, bitter astringency and bitterness.
Kinshari
Gorgeous sweet aroma. Slightly voluptuous, sweet and bitter.
Shari Diamond
A nice, sweet, slightly bubbly, slightly sweet and tasty. Slightly effervescent, sweet and tasty. Slight bitterness, but I don't mind it. I forgot to take a picture...
Junmai Ginjo Brilliant
Slightly effervescent, sweet strawberry, deliciously bitter. I like it.
Junmai Vibrant
Aroma of white grapes with a hint of spring sunshine. Mainly acidic.

I bought it out of curiosity and gave it a try. It was even better than I expected. It has a refreshing taste, just the right amount of acidity and sweetness, a rich juice taste that spreads in the mouth, and is very tasty with no bitterness.
