けいけい
This sake is brewed with the low-protein edible rice Shunyo. The Tohtsuru we drank last year, also brewed with Shunyo, was named SPRING SUN, and I thought the reading and English application of the name would be just right for naming it.
The taste is slightly more acidic than sweet and sour, more like lemon or kiwi. Combined with the 12% alcohol content, it was easy to drink.
