Rice used is Gohyakumangoku
This is the first time for me to visit this brewery and the first time for me to drink sake from Yamanashi in two years.
It has a sweet and astringent taste with a touch of alcohol.
It is sweet and astringent, with a touch of alcohol and a strong umami taste.
It was my favorite type. ❣️
It seems to be a unique and promising brand: ❗️
I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a good idea,
It will be the newest sake from Qinghuang (Suzaku label) 🍶.
Seikou is a sake made with vine rose yeast, and has a series of four gods according to the rice: Suzaku (Yamae Nishiki), Byakko (Gohyakumangoku), Seiryu (Omachi), and Genbu (Miyamanishiki).
The nose has a gorgeous sweet aroma with a hint of rose flowers.
In the mouth, it has a tangy acidity and a rich, sweet, juicy flavor with a slightly dark, full-bodied flavor that is typical of nama sake.
It finishes with a slight astringency.
The Byakkora label we had last year was also very tasty and juicy, but this Suzaku label is just as good.
I think it's a little too low in the ranking, though it's #5 in Yamanashi 🤔.

This is the first time I have had Take-no-i Shuzo ☺️
It's sweet and spicy with a fresh aroma.
Bon appétit.
A jump of acidity!
Immediately the sweetness and spiciness comes through, followed by the taste of omachi from the back of the tongue, spreading out Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
The lingering aftertaste continues and fills me with a sense of drinking 😋.
It's not too stale, but rather refreshing, so it can be enjoyed in a relaxed manner 🤤.
I was at a standing bar that I plunged into for the first time. I am not much of a drinker when I drink alone. It was refreshing and felt like summer. (Series to post all the drinks I drank in 2023: Standing Drinking Alone, 18)
